It has been 2 months. I came back. The service was NOT better. If anything, it was worse. I stood and waited at the counter until someone bothered to notice me. She asked if I was waiting for an order. She told me to use the kiosk and walked away. When she eventually came back and saw me still standing there, she asked if I needed something, and I said that yes, I am paying with cash and can't use the kiosk. She looked at me like I offended her and mumbled something about shes not supposed to but she will help me, took my order, and walked away again. I was standing there waiting with cash in my hand for a while before she came back, and reorganized the whole cash drawer before giving me my change. Very disappointing.
I was literally the only person there when I arrived. Nobody else waiting for food, Nobody in the drive thru. There were 2 staff talking in the kitchen. I stood and waited awhile for them to acknowledge me. When one finally did, she greeted me by asking if the Starbucks drinks I was carrying were for her. I said no. She asked if I was picking up an order. I said that no, I was waiting to PLACE an order. She told me to wait, and walked away. Eventually another guy came over from the drive thru area and took my order. I sat and waited for 10 minutes for my food, still Nobody in the shop except me and Nobody in the drive thru. They gave me my food, and I collected my Starbucks drinks and started walking me out. They stopped me and told me they gave me the wrong sandwiches. How do you give me the wrong sandwiches when Nobody else was there ordering. They managed to get the right sandwiches to me pretty quickly after that, somehow.    Read moreJust finished an absolute monster of a gym session at 2:40AM or something. My body is destroyed and needs calories. "Let's head over to my favorite always open jack in the box", I thought to myself. I get there 0303 and lady says system is down, come back in 5 minutes. Coolbeans. I see a lady sitting at the table and some other at the drive thru. I figure they are just taking a small break or something. I chill at parking lot. 0308 I see lady sitting down stand up and walk off via my good ol' rearview mirror. Wow, actually 5 minutes. I don't wanna rush them so I chill a bit. I head back 0317 and get greeted by that same automated message about some meal. "Hello?" "HelloooOoOoOOo". No response. I chill there for like 10 minutes, fortunately I got good music keeping me company. I inch up a little bit and I see a lady at the back, but not at the drive thru window. I say hello at the window with no response and then I leave. No idea what was going on. Maybe system still down? Or maybe something much darker! The world may never know. Went to another nearby location and got my nuggets. I missed my anabolic window and literally lost all my gains. So with this one experience, I give it a 3/5 stars. Would come back again.

   Read moreI asked for a cheeseburger kids meal, and forgot to ask for it plain, once I got to the window, which was fast cause there was no cars ahead of me, I asked the cashier that I forgot to mention it plain, and she asked the cook, if he could make it plain and his response was NO! That he had already made it regular, I ask if he could make it and he again said if I wanted plain I need it to 20 min to get another one or take the one he had already made, that he run out of patties. I ask if he could change the buns and the cashier said no, the cashier said they were getting ready to change shift so I'm guessing he could do that for a customer, every time we go at night we always miss something and I let it fly, but today is different because it was my son's food.
