I was there Saturday evening to get a few meal for my family. Upon arriving my phones internet somehow stopped working and told cashier about online offers, she rolled her eyes at me and said that if i can't show her the specials I am that she's unable to to help me. I understood so I had to drive somewhere to get Wi-Fi access, I log into my account and to print screens are the two orders I was asking I understood that the time was running and I went back as soon as possible upon arriving she nodded that she needed to actually look into my account once again I explain to her my phone was not able to access and then she said that she was only able to get one are there specials for me that is only one per customer I told her that it was not the same meal that it was two different ones so I said okay I will send my son in and get the other one then she said no because he will have my phone and that was unable to use. I got upset and I did raise my voice letting her know that he is a customer and that she said that is only one coupon car customer. Then she said well you know what since you raise your voice that she will not be able to help me. so I got my money and I left to another Popeyes off of vineyard and forth in Ontario. And there I was able to use both coupons since they were four different meals and the employee said that I was able to use both but not more than once which I understood. I have never been treated or or looked at as if I was asking for free food. I will never go back to this Popeyes and hope that nobody else gets treated the way I was treated . I am attaching photos of the two coupons but I was wanting to use and as you can see they were for a big family meals. I hope that those two girls go through some training and actually do know how the online services work in that it is said correctly. This was the worst customer service experience I've...
Read moreI went to the Popeyes at 2460 S Vineyard Ave. Ontario, California and the service was terrible. All of the works look like they have attitudes AND they don’t know how to listen. I order a meal deal that consisted of 14pc chicken, 2 large sides, and 7 biscuits.
While I was trying to place my order I saw that they had a sign in the drive thru that said that their atm was down....why would someone in the drive thru need to know about the atm machine?? They meant the CREDIT CARD machine was down!! So I had to drive to the grocery store in the same shopping center and run inside to get cash.
So I come back and place my order which I had to repeat several times because as I was saying it she kept saying okay but then would ask me the same question AGAIN!! Don’t just say okay if you’re not comprehending what I’m saying.
Anyway, I asked for no thighs in my order because no one will eat them. I drive to the window get my order and as I’m pulling off, something is telling me to check my order. So I pull over open the big box that contains the chicken and sure enough there are thighs....
WHY ARE THERE THIGHS IF I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO THIGHS?!?!?
So I had to go back through the drive thru to give the box back to the lady who took AND packed my order to show her she put thighs in it. So she takes the box back and proceeds to take them out and replace them....
AND AS SHE IS HANDING ME THE BOX BACK SHE SAYS THAT SHE PUT AN EXTRA PIECE OF CHICKEN IN THERE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!
Which I was pretty damn happy about....until I got home🙄
I get home and as I open the box and am handing plates of Popeyes out, I see that she DID NOT give me an extra piece of chicken, but instead....
GAVE ME ONE LESS PIECE OF CHICKEN THAN WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE!!
I’m fed up and DONE with Popeyes!! Every location I go to is terrible in one...
Read moreYou can't go wrong with Popeyes fried chicken. I think it is the best fried chicken compared to other fast food chicken establishments. The breading is flavorful, crunchy, and thick and the inside is always tender and juicy. Of course it isn't healthy - it's the first fast food restaurant I've been to that has a warning on their packaging - but it is delicious.
I have only ever used the drive-thru at this location, but I rated ambiance based on the clientele outside in the area. I would not choose to eat inside at this location.
I don't know what is going on atthis location, but they seem to often be out of certain items. Maybe it's due to the post-pandemic worker shortages or supply chain problems nationwide, but they don't always have all the items. One of the cakes remains on the menu but they have never been in stock since I've been coming here.
Also, they do okay with the orders, but last time they forgot the side of mac and cheese and it's a 15 minute drive so it wasn't worth it to go back. (We did check the order before we left, but only for the main dishes.)
They also would not accept a promotional coupon that said "good at participating locations," so I guess they are not a participating location, and I wouldn't say they were especially pleasant or friendly here, but as I said, the...
