went to this location on Tuesday Feb 20th at around 7 to 9pm. service was terrible. The guy at the drive through gave us the wrong order even after i asked if this was everything and he said yes. Didnt even give me my receipt. Had to go back and wait for a while for anyone to even acknowledge we were there because it looked like the team leader in the front was to busy talking to friends while on the clock. At first i thought they had just giving us the wrong order but it looked like they hadn't even made anything from my order because i still had to wait a while for them to give me what i payed for and the drive through guy had to keep asking me what i had ordered. Like was he not even paying attention at all? i know they could've just recalled the order on the monitor. The drive through guy and the cook looked like they didn't even care about any of the orders but at least the cook guy seemed like he was actually sorry for the mistake unlike the drive through guy. They gave us the correct order but the tacos and everything else were skimpy as heck, barley had any meat at all. I've been to other taco bells and i know that wasn't the correct portioning at all. Every time i come to this location its bad service and poor food quality. This is why i stopped coming here. Should've just made the extra drive down to the Taco Bell on 4th street and vineyard. Read moreWe stopped at this location on a long distance motorcycle trip. The lobby isn't open because of the pandemic, understandable. I took my bike through the drive through to make the order for the group. I asked if I could receive the order at the door as I had no cup holders to take the beverages. The associate at the window sternly told me no, that my whole order had to go out of the window. Ok, so I managed that part of it and made it around. Some of our food was special ordered because of dietary needs. When we got into the bag of food almost none of the items were marked as such and one was incorrectly marked leading to one of my party eating something they were not supposed to only realizing it a couple of bites in. I dont like to leave bad reviews but I was completely unsatisfied with the service here. I can understand the lobby being closed and them not wanting to bring my order to the door for whatever reason but the mislabeled and not labeled food was kind of the final blow. Read moreI live down the street from this Taco Bell location I try to make my fast food experience as smooth as possible with mobile ordering and if I have to pay extra to get my food right I will there’s no problem but for the past months I’ve been ordering the crunchwrap it’s not a surprise there hardly any meat in it so I always order extra but it seems like I still never get any meat at all it’s usually a dry wrap with sour cream and a bunch of lettuce it’s very disappointing I would have to drive to the next closest Taco Bell to get a decent Crunchwrap I’m not sure what the problem is at this Taco Bell location but I advised you no to spend your money here you will be hugely disappointing and still end up craving what you just ordered because the food quality is not there I have nothing bad to say about the staff or the service it’s the food the most important part of a restaurant food is what should be most important and that’s definitely what’s lacking the most THE FOOD QUALITY AT THIS LOCATION IS BAD… DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL BE...
