My experience was poor at best my son ordered 2 cheese burger s and a Carmel Frappe and I ordered a garden salad with no meat and an order of large fries at first glance I noticed the frappe was missing which I reported to cashier while they were fixing the frappe I decided to look over the rest of my order instead of a large fries order a jr fry was on the tray and my salad had bacon on it even though I had specifically ordered the salad with no meat these additional two issues were rectified and I preceded to the ketchup despencer to put ketchup on my fries and while there a young boy spilt his whole cup of water ice and all right in front of the ordering counter the it was noticed immediately by at least three staff members who ignored the hazard continued taking peoples orders . the young boy approximately 6 years old went and pulled the wet floor sign which was almost as tall as him over to where the water was still on the floor being ignored. When the order came up to the counter the father apologized for his son having spilled the water and the cashier said I'm going to clean that up right now which did not happen. Two employees decided it was a good time to come into the dining area and start their break to catch up on their phones which I'm sure Was important still ignoring the water spill which caught a 75-80 year old grand mother by Surprise who slipped and almost fell the two employees in the dining area decided they needed more privacy and took their break outside this must have been improper because a third employee came out into the dining room to try to take pictures of them outside the fascility all the while the water spill was still on the floor being ignored by the counter staff, the staff on break,and the staff member trying to catch his fellow employees in the wrong. The two employees that were on break came in to order some food from the counter still ignoring the water spill directly in front of them. When the two employees [a black young man and a white young man] turned with their food to head into the dining room I asked them how long they had been working for McDonald's the black man said about three weeks and the white man said closer to a year for him all this time the spill is still on the floor with the only precaution being taken by the young man who spilled the water not the staff of McDonald's. The spill was not cleaned up for approximately 30 min all the while being a hazard to several families and elderly patrons. The spill was not cleaned until the manager had to take an order outside to a drive through order at which time he delighted the clean up to a female employee who had not seen the spill . anyway I told my son that there would not be anyone on break until all hazards which could hurt people or cost the Establishment esablishment a lawsuit were taken care of, or if hazards were ignored they would not be under my employ for very long. Had the old lady had fallen I would have been a witness for the plantiff having observed the spill being blatantly ignored by at least three employees. I hope to NEVER EXPERIENCE THIS AGAIN.    Read moreHorrible visit today. I tried using my McDonaldâs app code for 15% off $5 or more. I was told that the code was not valid. I ordered and showed the scan code to the young man taking the money as he suggested. He said the code was not valid at this store. I asked for the manager (Quentin) and all I got was an attitude. The young man was trying to explain something about passing by other McDonald stores and saying this code was only for the store in Granger IN. Well Quentin would not let him finish. As Quentin took my phone and pushed some buttons trying to figure it out the longer it took the ruder he got. As Quentin was walking away he rudely said to the young man.. hurry it up and get her out of the way. I go to this McDonald store all the time. I have made connections with many of the employees and have only nice things to say about them, however, this âQuentinâ was totally rude, no respect at all. I would like an apology and Quentin to be suspended or demoted to cleaning staff. He certainly should NOT be a manager nor be dealing with the public. Whatever happened to âthe customer is always rightâ?. My phone was taking a bit to load my code and when asked if I was using the mobile app I responded with, "two seconds please". After my code finally loaded, because I don't know if their multitasking in there, I asked "okay, you ready for the code?" and she responded in a rude tone, "yeah i'm waiting on you". I told her the code (40% cheese burger coupon), and when i tried to say, "could i get just ketchup and onion on that burger, and make it a double please." i was cut off, and again with a rude and irritated tone she said, "which one?! double or single cheese burger?!" At this point i'm trying my best to remain polite. I say, "a double please and can I get ketchup and onion only please" she asks if i want anything else and i ask for a small fry.
