It’s very sad that very good authentic food is presented with horrible customer service. First I come here a lot which means I love the food . It reminds me of the comfort food I’m used to from Arizona …it never fails most of the time I go in here the order taker whom is lady with glasses and the beauty mark is super unprofessional. When my order is done My order will literally sit to be passed out for five or more mins even though im sitting inside the restaurant.. This also happened today which prompted me to write this review … I noticed the cook out orders out to be passed out and of course I waited and waited went up to the front counter and she was in a group just talking didn’t even ask me what I was waiting for went right to my order put it in a bag and put it on the counter . No sorry about that or anything. … IM GOING TO ADD THIS AGAIN . This place has very good authentic comfort food!! But this one bad apple kills the experience!!!

Read moreJust had the best street tacos I’ve ever eaten in the U.S. — the carnitas were unbelievably good: tender, flavorful, perfectly crisped. It’s a small, unassuming spot with super friendly staff, and everything is cooked fresh to order. The mother makes the tamales and im sure other items. prices were fair for it being cooked to order. I haven't found flavors like this locally, no ones coming close to these. The extra hot salsa a must. Wow is the word I said out loud in the booth while eating these.
They let me mix and match my four tacos (normally it’s three), which was nice. Card machines being a little difficult but tech is tech. Patio seating for larger parties. Tight parking.
If I’m being picky, I would’ve liked an extra lime wedge — but honestly, that’s so minor probably not worth mentioning. They deliver too. Overall: extremely impressed, satisfied, and highly recommend. Go try it fast. will definitely...
Read moreAs a warning to people who are predisposed to taste cilantro with a soapy taste, El Taco Veloz puts cilantro on EVERYTHING. They coat their food in it. You could say that some of their menu is cilantro with a side of tortilla, beef, and cheese. Which is not just an issue for people in my boat, but also for people who consider cilantro as a spice of sorts and not a primary food source. In addition to that service is garbage. It takes anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes to get food on average. Plus side, the queso and chips are good, but it's a feat to mess that up. Hard 1/5 for this restaurant for myself personally. Many of my coworkers love the place and frequently commit to Taco Tuesday from it, while I did not see the appeal, and I will definitely not be back if they decide on Taco...
