Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Opelika

I tried posting a Google review for this store on January 21, 2022 with no success. I posted on Facebook successfully. My Facebook review on 1/22/22 -- This is honestly the worst Little Caesars ever. The first time I left a review, I got a call back from the manager, Cameron, who also goes by Blake. I mentioned that my 16 year old daughter could do a better job and he asked if she could come fill out an application. She got a job there but I made her quit a couple months later. She is such a hard worker and he took advantage of that. Every time I turned around, he was calling her in. Blake is highly inappropriate with the females that work there and it's no point in reporting it to the district manager because it's his brother. I've been in the store since I made her quit her job and you could hear him yelling at the employees in front of the customers. Last night, I ordered two classics. One of them is sitting in the trash. I grabbed a slice, handed it to 1 of my 6 kids, grabbed the second slice and I noticed a hair. I had to pull up 3 slices to find the end of the hair. Truly disgusting! I said the last time that I wouldn't eat there again but I wanted to give them another chance. I won't do it again and I would NEVER recommend allowing your teens to work there. This store desperately needs better management! Will that happen? Probably not! Not unless they hire a new district manager!

I vow to make sure everyone knows what a horrible location this is. I think the Valley store is the same district manager but the management in-store is clearly better! They have teens who work there that do 100 times better than the Opelika store. Is that the teens problem? No. It's the management. Teens will do what you allow them to do. The Auburn location is great too. Their wait times aren't desirable but their pizza is good, hairless and hot! Do yourself a favor and travel...

Went through the drive-thru to order the large classic and some cheese bread sticks paid for it at the window went ahead and drove around and came in to pick it up. Wow me and another guy were sitting in the lobby waiting on our pizza which was going to be ready within just a couple of minutes so we were told all of a sudden we are pushed out of the lobby. Neither one of us are able to pick up our food like we intended on. So we're told that we have to get in our vehicles and get in line to get our food at the drive-thru where there is already an existing line but our food is sitting in there ready. So the car in front of me and this guy placed his order at the window and sat there the whole time while the order was cooked instead of being told circle around and it'll be ready when you get back around here but no he sat there and waited on his food and got his food before we got ours and we're sitting there at least 15 to 20 minutes in line. Don't know who is running this operation on 2nd avenue in Opelika Alabama but they are doing a poor job! No wonder Little Caesars only has two stars! I'll never return there again...

I ordered boxes of the new pizza puffs, an order of crazy bread, and 2 garlic cups online. The Doordash driver came with only Crazy Bread, and said it was the only thing in the pizza portal with my name on it. After looking at the whole order on Doordash, she was nice enough to go back and get the rest of the order.

She goes back and finds out they had the rest of my order in another slot. They tried to lie and say it was already picked up. They ended up giving her the rest of my order after 5 minutes of going back and forth with her.

She comes back with the order, and there's only 3 puffs in each box. She's vegan so I know she didn't eat them, I said she should try them but she quickly declined. I'm glad she didn't because not only would I only had 2 in 1 box, but they were horrible. Worst puffs by a long shot, not to mention they made my stomach turn all night. And the crazy bread wasn't even crazy. Just bread ... Dasher said it was a bunch of young kids working there. They all need to be fired...
