Worst service I have ever received in my life. The lady taking my order not only rushed me to order but when I asked about a rewards program she added some others person's number to my receipt I photo proof. Then made me wait thirty minutes for a refund I never received for the cupcakes which I never got by the way. Because longer wanted them due to the ride behavior I got. Then I talked to the manager a ever bigger mistake because she never even listen to me. Mind you it was hot and I seven months pregnant. So all this stresso was not needed at all. I will Never visit this location ever again. Period!!!! And I wish I could give this place not one Star at all. Like I said before I will never be back again and I wasn't given a full refund. I called the store 8 times during the duration of 1pm- 1:30pm with no answer and decided it had to be resolved that day due to the delivery going out tomorrow. Once at the store, I was met with a multitude of excuses such as the manager stating she needed to pick up her kids, they have a big delivery for a sorority, and maybe the employeeās were busy on the line with someone else. They were unable to accommodate my needs and told me I would be refunded but I would have to go back online to order because they also cannot place delivery orders in store. Although, they offered to help me reorder it on my phone I found that comment insignificant considering that's how I ordered the first time.
