Service was none. Server server 2 drinks just sits on table doesn't say which is which. Had to change from coke to Dr pepper due to the fact coke was flat. Food was cold before you got back to table. Egg soup lacked flavor,temp of food was not hot enough. Refills were delayed. Never got refill on pop. To top it off they added $ 5 gratuity to check for poor service. I usually tip above the 15 % .I will not be going back no time soon. This receipt includes $5 gratuity in your total. Being in food service and being a chef I am aware of these things. My wife shared the same thoughts because she tried different items. By far the WORST food and service since I have patronged this business. DON'T charged me for poor service

The lady at the dront desk was extremely nice. The food that was there was really good. A lot of the food was empty. Sushi was basically non existence, I guess they make it once, and when it's gone, it's gone. The waiter didn't refill the drinks until we were about to leave. The tea tasted like ashtray water or something. So eating the whole time without anything to drink was great. The fountain that held the ice cream scoop was turned off, so the water it was sitting in was nasty. I was able to turn the water on and wait for it to clear up before using though.

This was my first time but not my last time for sure, I had to see what the long lines were about and I wasn't disappointed ๐I tried the Hibachi Chicken and Steak Full and as u can see by the pics it was a nice portion size, filled my family up for sure!! The food was fresh, made to order, and the staff at the window seemed kind and helpful. All in all if u need an Asian fix, this will do the trick, can't beat the price either ๐
