On July 14 At 6 pm I called and ordered a large Chicken Alfredo pasta and Bread sticks from the Pizza Hut at 3611 Pepperell Pkwy Opelika Al 36801. The food was delivered 2 and a half hours later and it was cold and burnt. The pasta was noodles and meat with no sauce and it was burned on the bottom. The bread sticks were rock hard and burned. Upon receiving the food I called multiple times for hours but there was no answer on the phone. So I decided to return the food to the restaurant for a refund. Upon arriving I was met with a very irate employee that smelled of tobacco and alcohol that profusely cursed and insisted that I leave cause they were closed and she didn't care what the issue with my food was. I always thought in the restaurant and service industry the customer always comes first, I guess she was more interested in going back to her bottle than helping a customer. I only wanted a refund for the horrible burnt food they delivered to me and it escalated to where she called the police because the employee called the police and told them. i was belligerent and refused to leave the establishment. When the officer arrived I calmly told him the situation and explained that all I wanted was a refund because they sent me burned inedible food. The employee bursts out cursing and apparently drunk yelling about how I was disrespectful and many other fowl things. Plus what was new to me is that according to the employee all sales are final and no remake and no refunds no matter how messed up your food is. First. Pizza Hut has RUINED their pan pizza. The sauce is bad, the crust is so cheap and airy. I cannot believe I paid almost $28 for two sodas and a medium pan pizza. Which it's not pan, it's the thickness of a standard pizza from Papa. Look how thin that crust is on a "pan" pizza. Pizza hut has ruined itself, that's the cheapest dough I've ever had at a chain.
The dine in experience was awful. They just toss you a box with pizza in it and throw you bottled drinks.
There was an employee that 5 times slammed the door so loud on purpose it hurt my ears, she did it over and over. Insanely rude.
Not only as a whole company does pizza hut just produce garbage cheap pizza, but whoever manages this pizza hut or who owns it has made it a bad experience.

Just the same well we sre busy. my initial intentions were to ask for a refund on the delivery fee but was cut off and said that if i wanted a refund i had to bring all the items i did receive back. Which is ludicrous and have never heard of such a policy. But i told the manager that i wanted just the delivery fee refunded since i had to go the store to fix my order.
