Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Opelika

On July 14 At 6 pm I called and ordered a large Chicken Alfredo pasta and Bread sticks from the Pizza Hut at 3611 Pepperell Pkwy Opelika Al 36801. The food was delivered 2 and a half hours later and it was cold and burnt. The pasta was noodles and meat with no sauce and it was burned on the bottom. The bread sticks were rock hard and burned. Upon receiving the food I called multiple times for hours but there was no answer on the phone. So I decided to return the food to the restaurant for a refund. Upon arriving I was met with a very irate employee that smelled of tobacco and alcohol that profusely cursed and insisted that I leave cause they were closed and she didn't care what the issue with my food was. I always thought in the restaurant and service industry the customer always comes first, I guess she was more interested in going back to her bottle than helping a customer. I only wanted a refund for the horrible burnt food they delivered to me and it escalated to where she called the police because the employee called the police and told them. i was belligerent and refused to leave the establishment. When the officer arrived I calmly told him the situation and explained that all I wanted was a refund because they sent me burned inedible food. The employee bursts out cursing and apparently drunk yelling about how I was disrespectful and many other fowl things. Plus what was new to me is that according to the employee all sales are final and no remake and no refunds no matter how messed up your food is. In the employees own words she shouted profanity directed at me. I felt i was targeted and treated as though I was a criminal instead of a paying customer. This was my worst experience I have ever had at Pizza hut, and I guarantee that I will never ever eat at...

Gonna throw me a box on my table and plastic bottle soda for dine in???? Employees don't give a rip here. The phone is so loud and annoying. Who owns this place they clearly don't care at all about a good experience. Pizza Hut as a company has ruined their pizza , pan pizza use to be the best ever and now is the worst of all the pizza places

First. Pizza Hut has RUINED their pan pizza. The sauce is bad, the crust is so cheap and airy. I cannot believe I paid almost $28 for two sodas and a medium pan pizza. Which it's not pan, it's the thickness of a standard pizza from Papa. Look how thin that crust is on a "pan" pizza. Pizza hut has ruined itself, that's the cheapest dough I've ever had at a chain.

The dine in experience was awful. They just toss you a box with pizza in it and throw you bottled drinks.

There was an employee that 5 times slammed the door so loud on purpose it hurt my ears, she did it over and over. Insanely rude.

Not only as a whole company does pizza hut just produce garbage cheap pizza, but whoever manages this pizza hut or who owns it has made it a bad experience.

Absolutely poor showing from service down to delivery. Order showed up incomplete and wrong. Was missing a large pizza, and my drink was substituted without any one contacting me if that was ok. Tried calling the store several times and no one answered. Which then caused me to go to the store myself to correct the mistake. Upon arriving at the store the customer service was extremely lack luster. Asked to speak with and was met with well we are busy so it might be a minute. When the manager did come up and i explained to him what happened there was no apology for the issue. Just the same well we sre busy. my initial intentions were to ask for a refund on the delivery fee but was cut off and said that if i wanted a refund i had to bring all the items i did receive back. Which is ludicrous and have never heard of such a policy. But i told the manager that i wanted just the delivery fee refunded since i had to go the store to fix my order. Why would i pay for a delivery fee when the order was delivered incorrectly. Was then told they cant even refund the delivery fee.
