American Deli — Restaurant in Opelika

All the workers had an attitude they expressed being ready to go home in front of me after I ordered for my son and went to the car because they told me at 8:30 that I couldn't get a hamburger because they had to clean the grill which hadn't been cleaned yet so they could have cooked me a hamburger I spend at least $50 every time I come here I feel like I should be able to order what I want also she said in front of my 13 year old son why don't she just come earlier I do when I can but I work and I have to go out and make the money before I can order I just feel that as much money as people spend they should be able to order what I want if your not going to serve anything but wings then just close at 8:30pm also the wings either have too much lemon pepper or not enough I've tried saying something but it absolutely does NO good at all they still continue to do the way they want instead of how I want it so I think I will go on down the road to get...

Ordered through DoorDash and did not receive my tartar sauce that came with the meal or the one I paid for. No silverware, no napkins and the wrong size tea which turned out to be soured to the point of almost making me sick and it had to be thrown away. I attempted to call to let them know so it was not served to anyone else. I was out on hold “phone just put down” for 15 minutes no one came to the phone and during the time heard foul language and the lady sounded like she was attempting to hire someone. She then was talking about people. Called someone bi polar. Finally decided no one was going to answer so I hung up. I will definitely not be ordering...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This place should have never opened! They have horrible customer service to when ordering in person and even more so when ordering on the phone. Don't waste your time ordering by phone because you'll still have to wait almost another 20 minutes when you arrive before getting it- only for the food to not be fully cooked (fries)! This is my third time going to this location and each experience have been more worse than the last! If you don't want me to come as a customer- then just say that! I WILL NEVER GO BACK there...
