It's nice having another option in town. Food is good and fast, exactly what you would expect from a Jimmy John's. Store is clean and employees are friendly.
Some other things you can expect: bring a pair of ear plugs and learn sign language so you can communicate with people that are with you. Music is too loud and makes talking with friends difficult. Ordering was even challenging as employee had hard time hearing me. Also bring your own napkins, as they do not give you one or put any out. If you ask, they will reluctantly give you a single one. Some of their subs are pretty messy... Kind of cheap behavior.
Best to just get food to go. At least it's not Subway I guess.
