I called to place an order in the city of Orange Domino's store on Tustin blvd. I call 4 times and everything was in Spanish so I was unable to place an order. I had no idea what the machine was saying. Them I call the other Domino's in Orange off of Katella it was in Spanish and I was not able to order anything. I do not speak Spanish. I speak English, you need to correct your phone and check them often to make sure the language is in English or my family, friends and myself will never order again or come into your stores to place an order. I will go to Pizza Hut, Lamppost, or another pizza place this is ridiculous. This is supposed to be American stores. Everything seems is changing into a foreign language and it saddens me. I have nothing against any race any nationality but you can't go to their countries and expect them to change their language for you. You have to learn their language the same should be here this is an English speaking country so therefore you should learn the American language. It is not fair it's wrong. Read moreAs a local business owner who's shop is literally down the street, I'd give them zero stars if I could. I was busy at my shop so I ordered pizza for delivery. The driver, who I could see from my shop window calls and says he can't find my shop, he proceeds to smoke weed (as I'm trying to tell the driver my shop apprentice is coming out to meet him) he hangs up the phone. Not knowing my apprentice speaks Spanish driver calls us several profane names because we didn't give him the right directions to the shop (mind you that is not my responsibility and we are not hard to miss as we are literally walking distance from each other). I spoke to the manager who was barely out of training and said he would send the driver home for the night. Manager handled it as best as he could, but the driver who spoke perfectly good English with me over the phone suddenly forgot how to and needed to manager to translate for him, stating he got lost lol.
