I’ve been here several times, tonight we had a very unpleasant experience. The food was undercooked, when we tried speaking to the manager we were told she has left on an emergency, and they couldn’t do anything about it. Then a supervisor and our waitress were discussing that we had ate most of the food, in front of us and several other customers. They were extremely unprofessional and Gaby or waitress kept on making comments about us not speaking up before. This edit is based on my 2nd visit and what a difference! We were served or underserved I should say by Lizbeth, a young female, and well while she forgot to bring our orders and chatted away with her friends, she forged and inflated the tip on the check. Good thing I write down what I tip in the extra copy provided and bring it with me. I called the restaurant to try and fix this but wow, I got attitude and a prank return call. If you come here, take a pic of the receipt and/or bring a copy of the receipt with the tip you left. I'm disputing the total with the bank. Dishonest people work here...
