Fred Kelly Athletic Stadium — Attraction in Orange

If you've spent time around a wide variety of high school sports facilities you would likely rate this stadium as being among the better ones available for a high school sporting event and it's set to close for a multi-million dollar upgrade. The Villa Park community is one known for being one of the more affluent areas of southern California per capita and this one serves well to meet the needs of the sporting community. Besides the excellence of the facility itself the sound quality is clear and the score board is easy to see. Looking forward to spending next year's rivalry week game viewing from the same front row seat if the improvements planned allow it. Went here for orange school district teacher of the year awards & celebration. The stadium is very nice & clean with easy access. They have a nice "jumbotron" color screen where the can show videos or game highlights. The presentation put on by the district was a D - . They did a poor job. They seemed ill prepared. There were recipients names they forgot to call. They didn't have certificates for all honorees. ...
