I recently found myself at Taco Bell in Orange, CA during a brief and unplanned pit stop, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

Right from my entry, I was met with a warm greeting and a smooth ordering process via their kiosk. I appreciated the staff member providing me with the restroom code swiftly, making my short visit even more seamless.

The restroom cleanliness was a pleasant surprise, displaying a high standard of maintenance that is always appreciated, yet often overlooked.

Emerging from the restroom, my food was already prepared and ready to go, reflecting the efficiency of their service. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail from the server who double-checked my order, a simple chicken crunch wrap. His attentiveness extended to asking about my sauce preference twice, ensuring that my meal was exactly how I wanted it.

As for the food, my first encounter with the chicken crunch wrap was a delight. It was good and would get again for sure.

So I work across the st at the hospital, I have notice this restaurant for the most part is always empty. So I have gone maybe 3 Times since I have worked across the St. Every time horrible experience. The younger employees rude and ignore the fact you are literally standing at the cashier ready to order. Honestly I thought it was just me. But recently talking among other coworkers, sounds like pretty much everyone had a bad experience over a good one. It’s just horrible knowing they have so much potential having a hospital across the way. Maybe if they have proper training and the important of customer service. They can increase in crating more customers flow. But then again I thing they are not trying to, because they want no one to go and have a rush time and feel overworked. $40 order at 2am with my miserably sick kids, she didn’t give me a receipt after I asked multiple times, she gave me someone else’s order, I didn’t want to wait behind 9 cars after seeing she literally didn’t give me a single correct item, I called on the phone she hung up on my, I went to the front door she looked at me and ignored me. I called again someone else answer I said I wanted a refund, I was just at choc for 6 hours with my sick toddlers that just wanted something to eat and the girl says they don’t give refunds. She needs to be fired immediately!!! These people are disgusting thieving cowards, my order should have been $24 I paid $40 which seemed to much it’s because they charged me for someone else’s order and did nothing to make it right at all.
