Do not go to this location! First off Marta will look at you like you just ruined her day by walking in. She was so rude and would make angry faces when telling her what food you want while making huffing noises as if she couldn't be bothered. The sandwiches had barely any meat and she completely made the wrong sandwich twice my dad asked for so he gave up on trying to get the correct one since she clearly didn't care. My parents also ordered soup and paid for it but never got it so they went up to ask about it and were told they needed to heat up more and that's why they never got it but were never told this when they initially ordered and were already sitting. Marta and the other lady working gave us dirty looks anytime they looked our direction the whole time while we ate and everyone who walked in seemed to just annoy them more since it meant more sandwiches they had to make. Food was absolutely delicious, I mean jaw dropping delicious. Back story: in 2006 I got sick at a different location from the egg salad sandwich and haven't been back since. But today I decided I would give them another chance. And although they don't make my favorite sandwich anymore,there were so many options. I'll admit I was disappointed at how much smaller the sandwich was in comparison to subway. But I was so amazed at how delicious the sandwich tastes!!! Also surprisingly I was full with only 1/2 of my sandwich!!!! I felt like they needed more staff, and the lady who was helping me was also making online orders or something of that nature. It was frustrating asking my questions about the different sandwiches and her responses were minimal. I do understand why. So not necessarily her fault. But frustrating nonetheless on my end. Full time employee, part time delivery driver, just trying to make ends meet in this world. As a delivery driver and ex chef, my passion for food and binding with the community is my thing. I like to know the ins and out of a restaurant. I ask questions of foods, I like to help out my customers with mic care for my work. I say I go above and beyond. I gave this place a cold solid rating because of their hospitality. I was lied to directly in my face. I asked politely if I could use the restroom. I was never told no, I was never told i had to purchase anything. I was lied to saying someone is in there. I get it. I can wait a second as the food I was picking up was still being prepared. So I knocked on the bathroom door. Alert someone inside I was waiting. The worker who saw me waiting at the bathroom doors said hey, my coworker is going to take a long time.
