I hope the owner is reading this. I really hope the man that took my order was not the owner either ☹️ First off, whoever answered the phone to take my order, kept saying “anything else” like a broken record as if he was annoyed I even called to order. I ordered wings and he didn’t ask what flavor. I know I should’ve asked myself but he took it upon himself to make me what ever he felt like making. He blamed his behavior on him being tired, yea me too. I worked all morning, just like you did and rushed across town to watch my kid play from 3-9pm and hear me out, I know you probably don’t care Mr. Valentino, but you should. Why? because I care about supporting our local mom and pops businesses like yours. We even recommended you to my neighbor last night. So I say this to the old guy that helped me tonight, I hope you get some sleep and I hope you don’t lose another local family trying to support. I didn’t mind paying $40 for a large pizza and wings until tonight.
Sincerely, Not...
Read moreCame in today to place an order around 4pm. And the medium pepperoni and sausage pizza was burned as nobody was watching my order in the oven. Went up to the counter after 25 min. to ask where was my order and they stood there acting clueless. The pizza maker came up and told me she had to redo my pizza as it was burned by accident. And it was sitting at the bottom oven all black and charred. Other customers were coming in to pick up their orders. And they had no orders for them. And got lost for the order to be made. Very bad first experience for me. And the pizza did not even taste good.So I will say this “Stay Away”, go else were not worth the wait or bad customer service or were they even organized with the phone orders. A complete catastrophe in the restaurant.
Reviewers: you want a really good pizza go to Cortina’s Italian in Anaheim been going there for years. They are pricey but their quality and service cannot be beat. The best in...
Read moreI had to try this place while I was getting my car repaired next door at Firestone. This was a pleasant surprise.
I'm a big fan of white pizzas, and the Bianca from Valentino's is one of the most flavorful pies I've had in a while. The sauce was flavorful and the crust had the perfect amount of crunch. It also had a very generous helping of ricotta cheese. It was so good that I had to tell myself to stop eating it so I'd have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
Their attention to quality, detail, and flavor is a testament to their longevity here in Orange. This is an extremely underrated spot and a must-go if you're looking for flavorful pizzas.
Also, the manager and everyone else are super nice and they're working on refreshing the restaurant. I'm looking forward to the next time I'm in this area for work so I can try their other offerings like their baked...
