Burger King — Restaurant in Orangeburg

Only gave one star because I had to. I will never again go to this place. Not only is the outside nasty the people that work there has nasty attitudes. They wanted me to pull up but when I tried to I hit the curb. I had to back up and try to get straight again. When I tried to tell her I couldn’t because of the cement curbing and I couldn’t get by the car in front of me. She said oh please your in a truck I told her I am not tearing up the tires on my vehicle. She said but I bet you will drive it anywhere else then go ask her to move up so you can get by. I am not going to ask anybody to move. Now a days people will shoot you for stuff like that. She shut the window back and all of the workers inside talking about me. I told her I can hear what you’re saying about me. I then asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I told her if she is a manager she has a real nasty attitude towards customers. So she goes to get the woman ahead of me to move up and I pull up she stand there pointing and saying the first parking place right there. I asked why she was being so rude to me. She turned around to someone that came out the door with her she called D and said D was I being rude. That wasn’t for D to say because she was being rude to me. Then the food was horrible cold fried no salt and sour tea. I didn’t eat that burger someone might have done something to it because everyone that was working in there was breaking their neck to look out the window. Disgusting customer service from someone that said she was the manager. Now the tire on the vehicle is showing something wrong with it on the dash. I have to pay to have it fixed all this because of the woman working the...

At the drive-thru the order takers are not too prompt when answering, this may be a technical issue or a short staffed issue.

Okay, food quality does need improvement. I'll start with the good!

The whoppers have been very tasty.

Jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks are made to order which is OK because I know the food is fresh that way.

The chicken sandwiches were alittle off because I requested "fresh" but receive a soggy patty heavy mayonnaise wilty lettuce inside of a bun. Not the way I remember the original chicken sandwiches. :(

However, if you are looking for something quick, the classic whopper is the way to go! If you want all of the food fresh, the best bet is to dine-in. *There is only enough room for 1 car to pull up to wait for fresh made-to-order at drive-thru and it's right in front of the exit, so be mindful.

Folks if you have any self respect and care about your health.. please don't go to this bk. The burgers were cold and had to take all 5 burgers because of just being cold..the last time I said can you just throw them in the microwave and even then they made me feel like it was my fault or I was asking too much to have a warm sandwich that I purchased. There was a leak by the drink machine that look like approximately 3 gallons of Coke or colored water and me and my family were there approximately an hour and 20 minutes trying to get our food right and eat and the liquid stayed on the floor even till after we were gone and not to mention my 11 year old son actually fell in it and a cashier's seen him and didn't even respond at all after I made eye contact. Once again if you have any self-respect or care about your health my advice is to please Dodge this...
