Avoid this location if you have any self respect. The team working is the absolute worst and hostile. On top of that they lazy , incompetent and refusing to figure a way to accommodate that they say the coupon scanner doesn’t work. They had no alternative to help resolve this and we basically like sorry that’s not my problem. My dad visits this location weekly and also buys 20 subs for his employees. He’s in there and has been for a long time. I was with him and he had a coupon and they said the scanner was down and couldn’t do anything about it . I ordered a steak salad, tuna salad and chocolate chip cookies online and when I went to pick it up, they told me that they didn't have anymore steak nor chocolate chips cookies. Their manager was out of town, so I was not able to get my money back, nor were they "able" to give me something else in place of the steak. I didn't want any other cookie flavor but had no choice but to pick otherwise I would've walked out of the restaurant with not even half of my order! Then! There was no tuna on the salad. I paid for double meat, now. The lady acted like she didn't want to give me that! Although, the other worker kept apologizing, it did not change the fact that I lost money and did not receive compensation for their neglect. SMH! Terrible. Read moreI'm beginning to be very disappointed in Subways around Orangeburg areas. Everyone doesn't change their gloves as often as they're supposed to. I've seen it done so many times, I've had to request that their gloves be changed and each time I have, the employees acted as if I was "asking for too much" which is sad because it's their job. I'm sorry but these days, especially now that we're in a pandemic, we NEED those gloves to be changed more than frequently! Whose to say someone wouldn't catch covid that way, all because of a simple glove change??? You're touching other persons food, touching countertops that hasn't been wiped down routinely, and a whole lot of other things that other people's hands has been on and then you turn around and call yourself fixing someone's food.... with the SAME gloves.
