Ordered 2 pizzas. One was cut wrong despite it not being a custom request, and the center is so squished it couldn't hold itself in any way at all. The bottom side of dough baked where it feels like a countertop while the top half was undercooked. The other pizza was missing the 2nd topping. Based on other reviews, you can guess Laura was the one who baked it. Delivery driver, Emmalee, handed me pizzas and immediately started to leave. Had to ask for a receipt, and she went back to immediately leaving, not even sticking around for cash tip. Called store number about it, speaking to either my delivery driver or a different Emily. Explained the situation about pizzas and was offered store credit or remakes. Don't get pizza much, so I went for remakes.
TLDR: Laura and delivery driver = bad work/night, I guess. Good on store for offering remakes.
Edit after remakes: Laura still messed up the cut on the New York. I triple checked my order to make sure I specified New York. I did, and Laura still got it wrong the 2nd time. New York has 6 slices you can fold, not 8 that you can't. Pretty sure there are instructions when in the kitchen, or at least co-workers you can ask. Lowering review from 3 to 2 for that. Got a different delivery driver this time, Joshua. Nice dude, he didn't immediately start walking off, so nothing bad to say about him. Just unfortunate he had to be part of fixing someone else's mistake.

Read moreIts gotten so bad here that its to the point where I think they are intentionally messing up my order just to spite me. Usually its a forgotten item, or they cut my pizza wrong after I leave explicit instructions on how I want it cut (nothing difficult, I just ask for my thin crust to be cut like a normal pie and not little squares). I usually dont call or complain about that because the pizza is fine, just cut wrong. But lately, if I order one with normal sauce there is almost none, but if I ask for extra sauce its drowning in it. Toppings are almost always incorrect. Whoever is doing your quality check when it comes out of the oven "Making sure its perfecto according to the app" needs to really go back to washing dishes. I ordered a DOUBLE pepperoni pizza the other evening and what was delivered was a cheese pizza without a single pepperoni. How can you screw up that bad?!?!? When I called the store to complain, I received an attitude from the person answering the phone, and the manager they had me wait to speak with. I'm at the breaking point with this facility and will no longer order from them. Not to mention scared to order because I have had so many issues with them that I dont trust that they arent doing something to my order. There is better pizza in the valley if you are willing to pay for it. Its not worth all the heartache and mistakes and attitudes you have to deal with when dealing with these...

The person that brought it to my vehicle heckled ke for being so eay and complained they had to rush. I politely told her i expected to wait until my pick up time. I took my pizza a drove all the way home. I open the lid and my order is wrong...only cheese...order was large thin crust extra sauce w/pepperoni extra cheese. This pizza was wrong and obviously not extra sauce or extra cheese....no pepperoni...i called the store and the guy that answered asked if i would like them to remake it...nice..but no i dont want to drive back to your store after an 11 hours day...please just get it right the first time. I expected that he may offer a replacement in the future..but to no avail. He just said sorry and hung up the phone. Usually great pizza and staff...huge...
