Mary's Restaurant — Restaurant in Orchard Mesa

Just moved to orchard Mesa and wanted to try a new place. Once we sat down it took the waitress 25 minutes to take our order. The table and chairs were sticky and gross. Then we waited another 45 mins to receive the food. My child was soo hungry. The food was barely warm and i could not believe the small portions on our plate! The waitress never came back to see if we needed anything else and we needed several things. Finally i asked another waiter to get our waitress so we could just get the bill. He said she was on break. So we waited and waited. The restaurant was not busy at all. I don't understand why their Service was painfully slow and poor. The food was not that great, especially for the price. Finally got the bill and went to pay for it and nobody was at the register to help us. Again we had to wait and wait. Was not worth the time or money here. Very disappointed. The waitress never even apologized for taking so long. Obviously they don't care to give good customer service, at least not the...

Server doesn't deserve this bad rating. But the cooks do. We can here for breakfast got seated drinks were served and order was placed quickly, after a polite 40 minute wait we asked the server about how much longer. She said the cook said 5-10 minutes but had been saying that for the last 20 minutes. I asked if she would please cancel our order and we would go somewhere else, I still had to pay for the strawberry lemonade that my kids had. Server was understanding and apologetic. I know we weren't the only table to get up and leave either. As we were leaving we heard another customer say, "I'm going to go get a donut if I'm going to have to wait another hour for my food" and then he literally went and got a donut from daylight donuts. Very dissatisfied with our last, and possibly very last, visit. It was Sat morning, they were busy, and everything was going well until it came time for our order to arrive. We had taken our two granddaughters there, they ordered the kids breakfast, my wife ordered one of their special breakfasts and I had ordered sausage and eggs, with a side of pancakes. The girls breakfast was ok, except they got my pancakes, my wife and I each got cheese omelettes, and no sides. Instead of apologizing and correcting the order, our waitress ignored us until the correct orders arrived, which by this time our granddaughters were almost done with their meal.
