Knappa pizza and bar — Restaurant in Oregon

For a while things had gotten better until the last time I ordered here.

Recently I put in an order for pick up and when I got home and opened the box. There were ants in the box crawling all over the pizza. Immediately I called Knappa pizza and told them about the situation. They asked if I wanted them to make another pizza and I said, no thank you. I just want a refund. The employee said he would talk to the owners and get a refund for me. He also mentioned that they have been battling ants for two years! It’s been several weeks and still no refund. DON’T EAT At KNAPPA PIZZA.

Pizza is grubbin! Salad bar offered as well. I Eat here several times a week and am always pleased. Upgrades: free pool,shuffleboard,UFC fights,football,badketball,weekday 4-7pm happy hours with discounted drinks,baskets and appetizers, large outdoor smoking area, dogs are welcome outside as well! and always has music playing! I was in on Wednesday to get pizza and I am disappointed to hear my visit and who was with me was talked about to other patrons by your staff later that same day. I find it really unprofessional that your employees have nothing better to do but talk about who comes to your establishment with other customers. I value my privacy and will probably not be returning here ever again. I'm so over everyones drama and involvement in my life and how society acts in general. This was really inappropriate...
