I was appalled by the treatment of a worker at the hands of two other workers I witnessed today. The young man at the drive-through window seemed ill. When I asked him why he didn't go home he replied his manager on duty, and another worker, were telling him he couldn't leave. Isn't that illegal by OSHA rules? I work for a company and have never been treated like that. Besides the other worker, a young woman, cannot tell him he cannot go home - she is not the manager.
I have also experienced the same male manager (an African-American) abusing this same young man at another visit to your establishment. The manager seemed to be "coming on" to this young man. I could tell the advances were unwanted by the young man. I know we have rules against sexual harassment in the work place, whether it be heterosexual or homosexual. I believe the young man on whom the unwelcome advances were being made is a minor. Very egregious behavior.
If these work ethics are not corrected I will report them to the authorities. I have enjoyed your particular McDonald's before but I cannot tolerate this kind...
Read moreDrive thru computer broken, understandably leaving the already understaffed staff very stressed... but they were especially cold and rude on top of that. It seems each visit here has gotten progressively worse so we're most likely are done with McDonalds in general except for the transition strong craving possibly. No sense paying for half cooked still cold in the center food and horrible general service, sprinkled with very rude sometimes aggressive interactions. One actually yelled at us for just asking if they still did the military discount that we were given multiple times previously at this same location.. we didn't demand it, we kindly asked and it was no problem that for whatever reason this person didn't even know what a military discount is. The problem was being yelled at and degraded in front of other customers for actually serving this country. What...
Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's you could visit. Not only will you visit through the drive thru take 10+ minutes, even if you are the only car! But your order will be messed up, your fries will be cold, and the service horrible. Then if you try to talk to the manager, they have someone that barely speaks English as the manager and doesn't do a thing to make the customer happy. I went from the drive thru immediately inside with my cold fries and burger, and was told that it would not be replaced. After 10 minutes of arguing I was finally able.to get my money back, since she was unwilling to replace the food that was in front of her! All in all, worst McDonalds to visit, worst service possible, would give this 0 stars if I could! My advice, go somewhere else, anywhere else, you will get better food and...
