T4tea ongoing review from a boba addict that lives nearby: Strawberry milk smoothie + rainbow jelly Meh... sweet... a bit too sweet for me.. The strawberry milk smoothie does taste like the basic of what you would expect it to. Classic strawberry smoothie. Probably great with another combination of addon. I wonder if the smoothie itself is healthy? The rainbow jelly is sweet and yummy, like little munchy squish jellies.. its candy. The sweet smoothie and sweet jelly is wayyyy too much. Do NOT reccomend. Would not order this combination again its sweetness overload. ×_×.

Milk tea rose elegance + regular big pearl bobas

Great for a subtle sweet milk drink.. there is a smalll tinge of bitterness, makes me think of caffine But its good! Think its a safe casual pick for on the go but its not a favorite. :P

The strawberry lemonade smoothie boba + rainbow jelly is similar to the regular strawberry smoothie combo... wont order this combo... okay smoothie but too sweet imo not good with rainbow at ALLLL. (I think if youre in a boba mood it makes general sense to not buy a smoothie drink, thats on me idk)

The tea itself reminds me of an instant tea type of flavor... its a bitter sweet? Its not terrible but its not good either Pearl boba is always good but feels super out of place with this drink Cant even finish it... too strongly bitter of flavor Reminds me of the "LIPTON" instant tea brand.

I came here a lot since they just opened. The tea is really awesome and quick service. It is pretty close to my house so I usually come over with my at home appearance, I am super lazy to change my cloth and the fact that I dont brush my hair, so basically, I just look like a homeless person, besides, it's only 5 minutes driving. But the guys who work there always welcome us, they never judge and they always asked how I was doing. But what happened to the staff? Did they all quit? I came there last week and left a big tip for Lunar New Year but the new ones didn't say any thank you. I came again this week and ask for a new stamp card (this one is my 6th stamp card, so you can tell I come over to this place a lot) and they seemed not to listen, so I had to ask them again and they still seemed to be bothered. I dont know if they were judging or not but they looked annoyed by my presence. I left and no one said thank you or anything but they said it to other customers. I was kinda dissapointed, probably not going back there again with this attitude of the new staffs. The tea still taste...

I'm no boba expert, but the best boba I've ever had BY FAR comes from this place.

A few weeks ago I got some Boba in downtown Beaverton, spent a lot more money than this place charges, and it was not even close to the quality.

At T4 the customer service is always very great, they're always helpful with someone like me who needs to ask some questions, and the price is incredibly reasonable. You will probably never find boba this cheap.

Ive only mostly tried the Thai tea with mini pearls but it's so good I've come back multiple times for it. Some places will charge this for a single tap beer so it's really not hard to justify stopping by.

Recently tried the honeydew melon tea when my gf got it and it was also delicious.

I really want to come by more often to try more flavors now. Great to have this place nearby and I love how convenient it is to stop by if youre walking / biking on the nearby trails. It's not even a 3minute detour from that...
