Worst experience ever went in through drive thru ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with combos asked to add cheese. Got home and all I got was chicken and cheese no tomatoes nor lettuce . Went back to get it fixed Manager was rude & said that was the right sandwich when I told her there was no tomatoes nor lettuce her response was because they ran out of tomatoes and lettuce .... It's fustraiting because if they would've told me that when I was ordering it would've been different . I told her I wanted my money and she asked for a receipt when she didn't even give me one she starts telling me she won't give me my money back and shuts the window at me really rude and unprofessional she calls herself a manager yet doesn't act professional . I myself work at fast food restaurants and never have seen nor been in a position where I insult my customers . I was late to work because of two trips I had to make to get my food right when at the end of the night didn't get any food back and she didn't even want to give me my money back . Apperantly this wasn't her first time being rude to customers since she specifically said she had been written up and didn't care anymore about being rude to her customers . Read moreI had gone to a Wood Carvers Show at The Senior Center and was hungry. Had a gift card for Wendy’s so found the one on Lancaster during the off peak hours. There has been an ad campaign recently nationally for a $1.00 single and a $2.00 double. The building was clean neat and orderly. Access for handicapped was fair. I did not see any notice of the hamburger special when I reached the counter. The staff person informed me that the special was only available through the app. The savings was significant. I am always reluctant to add another app to my phone but went back to the dining area and loaded the app. I found the special and went back and ordered the Double Cheeseburger along with a small fry and used an app coupon for a special on a drink and got an Orange drink. My food was ready before I even had my Wallet back into my pants. I got my drink and sat down. The meal was awesome. The hamburger was fresh, juicy and flavorful. The fry’s were hot and slightly crispy. The drink was good by Fanta. I had forgotten that Wendy’s prides itself on its fresh taste and never frozen meat. Male said same as reg chz, minus a patty…asked him what’s on a reg chz burger and he literally yelled ketchup, mustard, mayo,onions, tom and pickles. I asked for the jr chz minus ketchup and mustard. I was given my burger but by a young lady, he must have hid after his behavior bc I would have said something. When I finally opened my burger, I got a burger LITERALLY DRIPPING in said ketchup and mustard. I wasn’t being rude I just simply wanted to know what was on the burger. I don’t understand why I was treated so rudely. I called the store and I am SURE the same guy answered!!! He actually just said “hello”!
