Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Orland Township

My experience made me wished I stopped at steak and shake instead. Lol and i havent wished that since my college days. We went to bite into the pizza slices in the car and it was cold. We figured since we have eaten the pizza yet, that it would be cool. Lets call in. The owner stated that once it leaves the store. It's nothing they can do. No one offer to heat the slices beforehand and the know temp of the food. I checked the food for accuracy and not temperature cause it a pizza place that cooks at high temperatures plus we were seating outside the store eating 3 minutes after leaving. $23 were spent, half the food was cold and no accommodation could be made. That's wild to me! When asked and even begged if they could do anything cause we didnt want to eat cold pizza they offered .50 cent off disguised as ten percent discount. Got a pizza here while driving from Montana to Ohio. Had some pizza here before. It was delivered to my hotel.

Ordered and paid online with tip. When we got there, theres nowhere to sit. That's fine, haven't been to the physical location before. When we asked for some paper plates we were told they were $0.13 each?! We just needed 4 paper plates! So we paid for them. The total was $0.88. FOR PAPER PLATES! At a location with no dine in option!

Staff was rude and if you can't provide some paper plates upon request, for 4 people, you either have a poor business model or are very cheap.

This place sucks. I would rather eat burnt toenails than to frequent the tinley location again. We ordered a large sausage and a medium cheese. There was (maybe) ten pieces of sausage on my pizza. The nasty girl that works there wore her pajamas to work and looked like she just crawled out of a wind tunnel. The advertisement on the door states buy a large get a medium cheaper. She charged us full price “because we didn’t ask for it” then took it off when questioned. She said “we have to do that otherwise the owner screams at us”.
