The BEST Butcher Shop in the Tri-State area ( South Central Michigan, Northwest Indiana, and Norteast Ohio).

The Selection of FRESH cut meats is incredible, the Store front/sales area is IMMACULATE, and You can actually watch the Butchers at work through the large windows looking into their Climate controlled Butcher's area.

They will custom cut your meats, and you can hand pick from the wide variety of pre-cut meats in the display case.

The Customer area is well laid out with a wide variety of condiments, and other Bar-B-Q needs from dry rubs to numerous flavors of BBQ Sauces..

They have a nice 'Deli' Case with various cold cuts and cheeses.

When you walk in the front door, it's like stepping back into a different time, icely decorated with antiques, and you'll think that you're visiting Family ! All the folks have been incredibly nice, and outgoing.

We visit about every 2 months or so, stocking up on all our meats, and trust me when I say that there's absolutely NO Comparison between the Meats available at Mr. Bratz, and ANY Corporate giant food chains...We started buying our meats from Mr. Bratz over 6 years ago, and I refuse to buy our Beef, Pork, and Bratz (You HAVE to try their Hawaiian Bratz ) from anyolace else. It's about a 30 mile drive each way for us, but We always feel like we've just visited with old friends or family.
