ANF Gyros and Grill — Restaurant in Orlando

Most poignant thing I can say about this place is, "it has potential." I'll revise my rating if it improves.

For now, it has some rough edges. I ordered gyros and calamari, with a side of fries. The gyros meat, itself, was not bad. However, the toppings were quite sparse, with little sauce. In fact, I didn't even realize they had any sauce or toppings until the last couple bites (they were at the back, on the bottom, oddly enough). They asked what kind of dipping sauce I wanted for my calamari. Alas, it did not matter, as they forgot to put any in, at all. Likewise, the fries had no ketchup or other dipping sauce (I did not ask, but, then, when you order fries, don't you usually expect to be either given ketchup or, at a minimum, asked if you want it?)

All in all, the quality was not bad. If they can get around the multiple problems mentioned, like properly topping the gyros, making sure the dipping sauce is included with items such as calamari, and making sure condiments like ketchup are at least offered, they might be able to rise to a 4-5,...

The same gentleman that assisted me last Friday and gave me the same negative attitude today but in addition to lying to his manager about a question i asked him about about an order of someone else that looked great and I was inquiring because I was about to order it additionally but the lousy attitude he displayed towards me during the time i had asked 3x what was the food the guy had prepared... Another customer explained to him and the guy who prepped it what I had asked and not one time did they tell me the customer told me but did they try to correct it no the manager noticed me and asked what was wrong I explained to him what I had asked those guys the one w the attitude stood there and lied saying I said something else the customer told the manager exactly what I had asked... If this is the type of service given I'll take my business...

I went to buy today at AnF Gyros and it was the best I could do. The girl who served me treated me super well with a smile that lit up the place. she took my order without getting angry without making faces, I liked that a lot and what really caught my attention was that for the first time I'm going to buy fast food and they ask me the question "do you want ices in your drink" wow I liked that Because I completely forgot that I didn't want ice . If I could give more stars to the store I would, Blondin keep it up dont change
