Yeah it's a little tight. Just a little. Only 4 stars because there is no rest room. Everyone has been super nice. Will help with a good attitude. After check in and you don't have a dock you will have to go to the waiting area. 3220 Vera Ave. A little tight getting in and out of there. But hey, we are professional drivers. We get paid for doing this. When checking in go to the court yard on Mercy Industrial Court and turn around. Drive back up to the 1st gate park on the left curb and walk to the security guard. She/he will tell you what to do. It's a little tight backing in but you have plenty of room to do it. Don't forget to slide your tandems. Also recommend to get there at 8am when they open up. It is fcfs. In the morning avg waiting time to unload is between 1-2 hours. Do not try to check in at the coca cola entrance, 2nd gate. Turn around in the court yard. Update. There is a restroom. In the shipping office.

I arrived to load at 2:20 pm, my I appointment was for 3:00 pm, they sent me out since they did not have parking to wait, they assigned me a door at 4:49 pm, they did not give me any instructions, at around 6:20 I went to ask if everything was okay because they had not touched me, they told me it would be soon, they started loading me at 7:20 pm, the place does not have space for sleeper trucks, in front of the doors there are a lot of pallets making it almost impossible to park, I checked the trailer at 7:52 and it was still not full. 🫤 At 8:37 they finished loading and informed me to go to the office to get the loading papers. I ended up leaving at 9:29 p.m. That Coca-Cola location is dangerous😞

Switching to Pepsi!!!!

The most unorganized, non communicating, coke is a joke, from sales reps to managers to schedulers.

I have had a dead non working coke cooler since December 28th. Today is 2/14. Their system of re generating an escalation of work order is a joke. From day one they knew this had to be swapped out as soon as possible. The ball has been dropped some many times I have lost count. Mike the new rep was assigned to clean up our account and expedite our cooler swap. Our first text back and fourth let me see through previous text messages that this was the same rep that messed up our coolers and product before Covid!! Coke wouldn't drop an order that was pre paid for almost $1500.00. I'm not sure if this crew knows what's going on but maybe they should start drinking Pepsi. One phone call to Pepsi and the account is set up, delivery of new product and 2 coolers will be here Monday!!! That's how you run a business!!! As far as I'm concerned Coke is a Joke.

Update: funny how once Pepsi product and coolers were swapped out, that they came to get their coolers the very next day. These guys and management is a complete JOKE!

From a long list of unhappy customers, get your...

I worked here for a few months, I don't think I made it to 6 months, but I couldn't stand it even one more day, until I decided to leave, the supervisors are only above you and demanding more and more, and it's not their fault because they have to follow the orders of the general managers, but they don't care about the employees at all, and the manager where the trucks are loaded for stores like Walmart and Aldi, always talks to you with a bad attitude and hypocrisy, he talks to you with an attitude as if he were more than the others, in this place the Osha rules are not followed because you work with many machines and people from one side to the other, but I will take care of making the report to Osha, this company only cares about making orders without caring how to do them, they only go behind you measuring your time, Coca Cola is only the name, here I had the most unpleasant experience, and I realized this since I started working, because every week they hire people because here the workers don't last Only those who, out of necessity, are afraid to go out and look for another job remain. From that day on, I said no...

The receiving service department at Coca-Cola Beverage Florida is absolutely horrible! Shame on you for scheduling appointments and have the Drivers wait from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm to get off loaded. Don't you even take in consideration that those Drivers drove from all over the country to be in time for the appointment? Don't you even consider that these Drivers needs to pick up another load so they can get home to spend time with their families? Don't you even consider that these Drivers might not get a load at 10:00 pm at night, because they have to be empty before they can except another load and have to sit in a truck stop somewhere till Monday waiting for a load? These are real questions, what do you really take in consideration when it comes to the OTR Truck Drivers? It's time that someone stands up for our Truckers. Make companies like these pay the Drives for lost of time while waiting and also the lost of that load that was supposed to...
