I went in today, September 12 2016, but left before ordering. The cashier calmly informed me right away that I would have to wait a few minutes to place an order, as the computer/register was frozen and had to be rebooted. I was fine with that, and I began looking at the menu. Moments later, 3 boys, whom I will refrain from calling young men, entered the lobby and walked right in front of me in line. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were just unaware that I was ahead of them in line. The cashier again informed them that they would have to wait to place an order while the register was restarting. Boisterously, they verbally attacked the cashier because of the way he spoke. I was disgusted with their conduct and left. Regretfully, I didn't say anything to them. I should have. But I'm grateful that the manager went out of her way to speak up and advise them to be polite to the staff or leave. And I'm also grateful for the young woman who stepped up to the cash register to deal with these arrogant fools. To the cashier, I'm sorry. You shouldn't have to deal with anyone treating you like that. To people in general, please be considerate to the individuals who serve you. Read moreThe cashier rang up my take out order wrong and I did not notice until I was back at my office. I didn't have time to go back because I was on my lunch break. I called after work and explained the problem, and they said I could come get a replacement meal. I went there to get it, and the person assisting me rudely asked "where's the box?" I told her that I ate the food because it was either that or go hungry. I had even stated that I ate it when I called earlier. She said something to the effect of "you should have told me that on the phone" and refused to help because I ate the meal. So they made a mistake and gave me food I didn't want, and they were unapologetic and made me waste my time driving back there under the impression that they were going to make things right. Read moreMy husband & I decided to stop by this taco bell which we are usually cautious of tonight was a different experience at this taco bell my experience was so good I had to leave a review shout out to KiKi who worked the drive thru who was VERY professional I was blown away by her greeting and she also had good energy. Her and her team showed good team work the atmosphere, vibe,and energy was great it was giving teamwork, unity, and let's make sure our customers happy and come back, every item of food was fresh and made right the food almost looked like the pictures on the ordering board. The service overall was excellent everyone had a smile on their face. I even called up there to thank them for the experience and the young man who answer was very respectful and welcoming. We will most definitely be back around the same time and hopefully we get the same crew or close to it! I would love to get off work and get that good...
