Foxtail Coffee - College Park — Restaurant in Orlando

I used to love this Foxtail location! It's very conveniently locatedfor me, and even though it was a small store it always seemed to be very efficiently run. I had a different experience this morning though. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I realized it was almost completely full, and I took the only spot. to my surprise, inside the store there was only one employee taking care of all of these customers. She was the store manager, and she said that she was responsible for Uber orders, mobile orders, and all in-store customers, which included both coffee and ice cream. I got the impression that this was a pretty recent development, and the employee was obviously doing her best despite being completely overwhelmed by the sheer volume of customers she was responsible for. So basically, whoever runs the company decided that it's reasonable to expect one person to do four jobs... I'd give this store five stars for effort and positive attitude, but whoever is responsible for staffing changes at Foxtail needs to realize that one person cannot do four jobs at the...

I really really wanted to like this place and I read reviews of the bagels not being good but I still took my chance.

I’m glad they have good vegan options and I’m hoping that the other menu items, like bagel sandwiches, are much better than my everything bagel with just vegan cream cheese. As you see in the photo I added, my everything bagel was pale and practically seedless (my phone automatically took this photo with the “vivid” filter on.. do what you wish with that info 🥸)

I know the workers are just doing their job but the quality of my bagel felt very poor and I was their very first customer of the morning. Not sure if all of their everything bagels look like this or if I had just gotten a bad one from the day before but overall the taste wasn’t great either; chewy and tasteless.
