Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Orlando

8/11/19 Me and my friend decided this location specifically to buy food for dinner for the family ;we spent 60 dollars in food, we live in Dr Phillips mind you it’s 5 miles away.Manager was not there at point of purchase.we had good vibes with the female at register,we patiently waited 15 mins for our chicken ,upon receiving my order noticed they left out the fries so I asked is that all of it she said yes.when we un packed at home noticed the shrimp order was missing and my mash had gravy when I said no gravy.so after having dinner with family ,we drove back to get missing items.When we arrived we spoke to Mr Brown the manager of the situation he didn’t acknowledge us gave us the cold shoulder and said you need itemized receipt we only had credit card receipt.we said we were here an hour ago can you please check system he said you want to wait 2 hrs while giving us his back.He was very mad and very rude unnecessarily before hand.we also was gonna order more food being that we went back ,but after that embarrassment and employees knew he was wrong too.Ive been coming here over a decade from time to time,We’re not eating Popeys anymore ,I recommended it to my friend for him to then get disrespected like that in front...

The young lady who was taking our order seemed very impatient. There was no other people in line and while we were deciding what to order she went off to the side leaning on the metal area where they prepare the orders and may have been on her phone or something. When we were ready to order she sarcastically smiled and said "FINALLY, are you sure"? We ordered, then my boyfriend asked if I wanted a drink, I said I'll drink water and she said I'll give you two drinks and proceeded to give us two cups but with her fingers inside them when she handed them to us. I didn't use mine. We received our order and I asked for honey, she said just a minute as she was doing something. We had no napkins and there were no napkins near the drink station. She gave me several napkins but was acting as if I was bothering her. After we finished I went to ask for a bag. The other two employees were busy on a drive thru order and when she came back up front, I asked for a bag and she angrily grabbed a bag and swung it at me and said "YOU'RE WELCOME" before I even had a chance to say thank you, although I did say it. The chicken here is mostly fresh because there is a constant flow of people eating here but its a hit or miss. I've also had a chicken sandwich that seemed like it sat in the warmer all day and fries so hard that you couldn't chew them, so it depends. The drive thru service is the slowest around. I sat at the speaker for about 15 mins just to order, then the person taking the order had me repeating myself over and over because he was not paying attention, then he put me on hold for another 5 minutes without even saying hold on. I ordered then it went quiet, i said hello then he says hold on. The line had gotten so long to the point where a car got hit in the parking lot because the parking lot is only but so big. If they'd do a better job with moving the line along then this Popeyes would be better. But the #1 thing that they need is new workers that actually don't mind being there.
