I have never gave a negative review about any company, but this one is much needed. I called and placed an order over the phone this morning for a fish dinner and shrimp dinner . I was told that the order would be ready in 20 min. I arrived in 22 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told to give them a few minutes for my order. I sat in the car 10 minutes at the window before finally receiving my order. When I received the order the fish and the fries were extremely cold, but the shrimp dinner was hot. I immediately explained the situation to the man at the window. He began to argue with me saying that he said I should have been there in 20 minutes. I explained to him that it does not matter how long it took me to arrive, the food should be hot. It was only 2 minutes past the time but that is not the issue. Needless to say, he never calculated in the 10 minutes he had me waiting in the car. He began to to get hostile and angry. I asked him to replace the meal and he refused. So, I addressed his temper and asked for a refund. He asked me for my phone number saying that he is going to block me from calling in orders. I have never seen such disrespect for customers. I will never spend another dollar here nor will I refer anyone here. He said that he refunded me my money and walked away from the window without giving me a receipt and he kept the food. People be aware of companies like this who treat their customers so disrespectful. It was uncalled for and the food should have been replaced. NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS COMPANY RECEIVE MY HARD...

I have eaten at this place for years, but there's been a change in ownership. Last night, I ordered the Basa dinner and it was ok. However, I will not be returning because the owner is extremely rude. It began this visit, when placing my order (mind you we ordered 7 meals), and was even worse when I arrived to pick it up. He didn't even acknowledge that he heard what I was asking, and was extremely rude and abrasive when I repeated my request. When I brought it to his attention that he was being rude, he was dismissive, saying whatever and throwing his hand up. I asked if he was the owner, and he said yes, so I informed him that we would not be back because of his rudeness. I have to drive more than 30 minutes to get to this place, and the service I received today will save me gas, and earn some place, that cares about providing good service and good food, some business. The owner should remember that the business is nothing without customers. Respect for others costs you nothing sir, but the lack of it can cost...

7/10/21 got tilapia and the fish had a brown tint and an ammonia aroma. This was my second experience getting bad fish. I visited this place often over the past few years and never has this happened until recently, thats why I gave them a second opportunity. They are serving bad fish to people. When I called back to report the bad fish they laughed on the phone. People like this always post up in ghettos and want the poor mans money but never give the quality product or service deserved. They have been there a while and are pretty solid in the neighborhood but their quality of food is no good. They know for certain the fish was bad but continue to serve it to people, that says a lot about the establishment. They also have wasp nest all around the building and lots of wasp flying around the car in the drive-thru. Stay away from this place!!! If you must go please check your food and smell it! Very strong ammonia smell to the tilapia! Horrible...

The fish was good. I just prefer a better kind of fish I had catfish. I prefer a wild caught catfish and I know when you visit restaurants or places like this you’re gonna get farm raised in the taste is very different. There was a lot of dark spots on the fish that I didn’t care for and didn’t eat, but the fish was not bad at all. I had the catfish and, shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits was great. I could use some extra butter and pepper with my cheese grits, but I didn’t ask for it and none came in the bag, but it was still good. Everything was hot. Everything was cooked to order about 20 minutes. It was a Friday was very busy restaurant does a lot of business. I don’t have anything bad to say it’s just that for me I prefer a higher better quality of fish, but it’s very good. They have a drive-through which is very convenient and I would definitely recommend it.

This is a absolutely fabulous place for fried fish. They have every kind of fish that you can imagine. I love the catfish and my friend loves the mullet. They also have trout, grouper, swai and much more. They also have fried shrimp and chicken wings. Now this is not a fancy place and you just pull up to pick up your food and go. There is no inside dining. It’s not in the greatest neighborhood, but I’ve never had a problem getting anything from there. I do recommend to call in your order first so that it won’t take so long when you get there, but be prepared to be wowed because you can’t beat the prices and the boxes are overfilled when they give you the food. Great portions and great flavor. I definitely recommend.

I had to use an awful lot of my memory to figure out where this place was located. I used to visit this, one if O-town's premiere fried fish spots and hidden treasures, probably twice per month back when I lived there. After going through the motions of trying to find this place, I was met with great disappointment. Good service, good seasonings, but our fish was HARD and DRY!!!! We ordered perch, whiting, and trout. All of it - HARD AND DRY!!!! I literally wanted to cry because I just knew that fish sandwich was going to hit the spot. Definitely not what it used to be back in 2008.
