I have twice now had horrible experiences with the service at the location by the gates in terminal C. On April 30 at 7am they were sold out of a few breakfast items. It’s 7am how are you sold out? I went to pay with the app, something I’ve done numerous times here, and was told we don’t do that. No sorry. No explanation. Nothing. Yesterday, May 23, was one of the absolute worst experiences ever with at Starbucks. I mobile ordered at 3:58pm. By the time I walked there I was expecting maybe a 5 minute wait. I waited 25 minutes!!!! There were 5 people working. How on earth did I wait 25 minutes? If you can’t handle mobile order turn it off! I was shocked to find this place looking messy, dirty, and under attended. The 2 baristas preparing the beverages were not up to speed and knowledgeable, and the lady manager pictured in one of the photos had a bad attitude and lack of attention and professionalism. I asked if they were open and if it was a licensed Starbucks or corporate Starbucks. She’s said “I don’t know.”.
