Wawa — Restaurant in Orlando

Good morning I know you guys are used to listening to angry customers and I don’t normally give reviews however, this incident has affected not just me but a myriad of people that are also involved. for numerous amount of months now I have been visiting this location at a minimum three times a week Because I’d bring coffee in for the girls that I work with. we all work in healthcare and suffice to say for happy patients we need our coffee. in order to keep the coffee warm I bring a 64 ounce insulated container. I fill the container and when I go to the cash register, I pay for 64 ounces of coffee. I also get three or 4 empty cups for the girls at work. recently manager at this location told me that I am costing them money for a getting the cups that accompany the coffee. I don’t understand because if I bought the cups of coffee independently, I would need the cups to carry the coffee. I can understand if I take an entire sleeve of cups, but I’m only taking max 4 cups at a time and I’m paying for 64 ounces of coffee which by my calculations is 8 cups of coffee. Logic dictates that the cups should go with the coffee. Every time I come into the store he’s berating me and asking “have they spoken to you yet”. from my understanding, you are the manager if there is an issue, you should come to me, and if there is some stipulation stating that the cups does not come with the coffee, I seriously think that you as a company should let your customers know that the cups are in additional charge and they do not accompany the coffee that they are designed to carry. I love this gas station. I buy gas at this gas station however, this situation has made me so upset. in addition to that the girls at work also so upset, and we’re trying to decide if this is a valuable company to still give our harder earned money to. if they’re going to sit there and cause the situation over three or 4 cups that should accompany the coffee, even though it...

Wawa offers a lot, you can get food, drink, gas, etc. They are well stocked and a wide assortment of products. You are in a gas station convenience store, so obviously the food they prepare is not going to be on par with a high-end restaurant, so take that into consideration. Gas prices are very competitive and many times the lowest in the neighborhood.

They have a few self checkout machines you can usually get in and out fast. There is outdoor seating areas and plenty of parking. Depending on the time you go, you may get a short line to wait for an open gas pump.

The layout of the store is pretty good. They are open 24/7, which is great when most other places in the area are closed.

This specific location can be a little tricky to enter and exit. Stuff you may need like ice is there for you to buy.

Now let's talk coffee for a minute. What I like is that they have several self serve brewed coffee options. They have many options you can use for your coffee, like milk, creamers, flavors, etc. You can do it yourself to your liking. This is great because you control sweetness etc. and you can grab what you like and get out quick, no waiting...

Lucky to get a ⭐️. First time I ever enter into this Wawa. I know is midnight, but heading to work, I needed to get something to eat. The First Lady by mistake, she burn my bread , when I asked for toasted as I put it into the system. I guess , she thought I was not watching and she started to put the food on the burn bread. I said excuse, the bread is burn, I only want it toasted. The bread was black, that is how burn it was. She look upset and told another girl, this one comes, looks at me, grabs I a new bread and slam it into the toaster. Now she takes the bread and grabs whatever’s was placed on the burn bread and puts it into the new bread. Packs it and slide it down to me. I threw my food away, as the service was horrible, not only she was mad, but grab the food with her hands and her gloves she was wearing from god only knows what she was doing before. I am sorry But if people don’t like working If they don’t like the hours They don’t like the pay Then they should look into another type of job. I come here and pay for my food.
