this was my favorite Chick-fil-A until today at 5:00pm on top of waiting 30 minutes to just place an order for me and my children. I proceeded to the window to pay and I’m told that I need to go park my vehicle by one of the employees Milo. I told her I did not have time to wait as I had to go pick up one of my kids from preschool and just asked for a refund and she told me to move my damn car and park because i am selfishly holding up the line, I then asked for the manager to speak to him because no one should be spoken to like that and this man must’ve been high out of his mind. Literally comes halfway out the window and yells at me to address Milo by her pronouns they them I have never been so upset in my entire life and no one should ever have to be subjected to something like that, especially when if they want to be addressed by certain pronouns, then maybe they should have a banner or something that states that since they want too make such a huge scene, but as a guest I should not be forced to address them that way because AGAIN she’s clearly a FEMALE not they them. That doesnt even make logical sense. Another employee then stated my food was ready and the manager stated he would not give me my order because I didnt address her by her pronouns like really? I then had my money thrown into my vehicle by the manager tanner… as Milo was laughing with another employee over the situation. Read moreI have never given a chickfila anything less than a 4 or 5 star review, I have never needed to until this on Christmas Eve. My family and I always get nugget trays for Christmas Eve. I ordered this year online as the app wouldn't work right for me, I choose to pick up my order through the drive thru as I knew I was going to have to my mother with me who has late stage dementia and who is in a wheelchair with me. After waiting in the long drive thru line I get to the person taking orders tell them I am picking up an online order. . They tell me it isn't listed and that they are no longer taking tray orders. I show them my confirmation email and they radio inside and to ask for assistance where the were told I would have to come in to pick up . I question this as I was in no way expecting to have to get out of my car again I was told I would have to go in. I pull out of the drive thru, park, and I had to leave my mother in the car. I go inside and go to the pickup counter where an employee is standing with my order ready to go. Having paid online already I took it and left being Christmas and not wanting to cause an issue. There was absolutely no reason that my order could not have been handed to me out the drive thru window! Read moreI am not really a complainer at all and I am a big Chick-fil-A fan. I live in Palm Coast and the Chick-fil-A there is the best store I have ever been experienced in every way. Amazing service, drive-thru and food quality. Amazing workers very knowledgeable. I was very disappointed in this location. Ordered a chicken sandwich was the saltiest Chick-fil-A Sandwich I've ever had and it was not fresh. The pickles were terrible. I also placed an order at the same time inside the store for a takeout. Eventually they brought it to me at my table but it wasn't bagged up and it was the wrong order. The elderly woman was very sweet and took care of it. There was one worker I saw standing and on her cell phone. I went up to her to ask her a question and she didn't know I was standing in front of her. To me that's poor training. An employee should never be on their cell phone while inside the store at all times. Unless they're taking a break sitting down and eating. This is just constructive criticism. But I will have to say that when I'm back in this town I will get something to eat someplace else. I hope that management takes this seriously and corrects some problems.
