Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

Just left the drive thru. I ordered 3 drinks, pd at the window. The young girl asked me to park around at the front door they would bring them out. Before I moved my car I asked her if I could receive my drinks in a cup carrier, she says of course. After waiting for a while, I finally see a guy carrying 2 of the drinks And heading to the front door. Without saying anything he hands me the drinks and walks away. Again, I asked for a carrier. After walking back in, he returned with a carrier. Turns walks away, heading back to the door. I said thank you. When he reaches the door, he turned to dismiss me. I informed him that I was waiting on the 3rd drink. I think k he said , ‘you got more ?’ I repeated again I had another drink. I picked up my receipt and put it outside my car window. He went back inside. Came back out again.Handed me another drink. Turned walking away. So Then.. I said ‘ can I have some straws so that we can actually drink them’. Loudly, he says ‘ she didn’t already give you them?’ I responded ‘ No, I don’t have any’.

Mine & his interactions were not pleasant or positive from the start. I did not start my day out stopping at your location to be treated like I’m such an inconvenience to your employees.

Have you ever been to a restaurant, and the employees/personnel don’t greet you? Aren’t polite? This entire encounter could have so much differently - with a ‘hello../good morning’.. to...

A friend and I were traveling and decided to stop to this Dunkin for a quick pick me up. When we arrived there was older man waiting in line. We were standing there for ten minutes without even being recognized or greeted. When we started getting fustrated, the male in front of us said "the worst thing is they havent even said hello to me." My friend and I were waiting there for ten minutes and dont even know how long that man was waiting there! Finally, I had to go over to the workers to ask if anyone is working the front registered. They never gave us an answer and had to wait a couple more minutes before anyone came. When they did, the service was horrible. They got both mine and my friends order wrong. I ordered a pumpkin latte and it has no pumpkin in it. My friend ordered a vanila cold brew and it was a mocha! We were already waiting so long we just accepted it and left. I ordered online for pickup at the drive through. The speaker wasn't working, so I pulled up to the window. The attendant at the window looked at me like I was the first person in the history of mankind to have ever placed an order online. She asked somebody else who also appeared confused. They started to ask me some questions about how I placed my order, but somebody else said "I found it". They were all very nice. Just a bit confused. And the donuts were fresh and great.

Update:. Ordered online again this weekend. They are still struggling with online orders. My order was for a dozen donuts and I customized the order choosing specifically which donuts I wanted. Same as last time, they couldn't find my order. But they finally handed me a box. When I got home, found they had just put in random types of donuts. Not...
