I keep deleting and reinstalling the app because the service has gotten horrible. Used to be good within the first five years of my moving here, but these days it really is a 50/50 chance if they get your order right. The only reason I’m tempted to keep coming back is because it’s super close to my home; if I’m tired and want a quick dinner, it’s easy to drive a mile down the road and hope they get the order right. Plus it’s cost-effective. Still, it’s gone downhill even for a McDonalds. I ordered a pumpkin spice (hot) latte a couple days ago and the drink was ice cold. I went back in and asked if they could remake the drink for me. Some of the employees are horrible at customer service, others at this location are great. It’s hit or miss. I’m writing this because I went back today to order a McDouble (lettuce, cheese, the works) and got a double hamburger (no cheese or lettuce) instead, which I didn’t order. I’m afraid I can’t keep coming to this McDonald’s because it’s ceased being convenient. I can’t keep paying for food that I didn’t order and using up gas - even if it’s only a mile away - so they can correct the mistake they made. I don’t know if the problem is with the employees, the manager, the equipment, etc. But it’s obvious they don’t care about their image or service like they used to. That being said, after having given them a lot of chances to up their game (cause I’ve always loved McDonald’s and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt), I gotta...
Read morethe time on my receipt said 10:04, so i assume thats either when i placed my mobile order or when i got the receipt. two cars were ahead of me, they had us all pull into the waiting spots. 10:15 is when i first noticed it was taking a while, i have timestamps from talking to my gf about it. 10:34 i say something again to her. 10:39 a guy came out with a platter of 4 bags, by this point the cars that were ahead of me have been gone for a bit and replaced by 2 new cars and. 3rd on my other side, he gave food to the car in spot 1, then spot 2, then came to me, asked what i ordered, looked at his bags, said nothing and walked away, then i assume did the same to the next car because he went back in with 2 bags left. i said something else about it after 43 minutes and then a worker came and took all our receipts and went inside. i eventually got my food at 10:53 and the 2 cars that were next to me have left already (i should add all i ordered was a bigmac, 2 hamurgers, and a large fry). after all that, i get back home, start eating, my fries are pretty bland, but i can over look that, a potatoes a potato. but what i cant over look is unwrapping my hamburgers and finding them plain, i did not order them plain, i remember checking to make sure. Im only writing this hoping someone sees it that can find the solution to whatever problem the workers were having. im hoping to be able to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because they werent rude...
Read moreIt's McDonald's. This location was a first and last for us. We travel across the US every day for work and I haven't experienced anything like this store. First, this location has very tight roads and parking not suitable for an oversized truck or someone hauling a trailer/camper. Outside was clean of trash and landscaping taken care of. Inside had a few dirty tables and the drink area needed wiped down. Upon entering we was greeted by a young female. We looked over the menu and checked my deals to see what we wanted. We placed our order at the counter and tried using our code/pay. She said it didn't work, we needed to pay. At this time I didn't realize she meant the code didn't work I thought it was just the payment. We looked over our reciept and was charged menu prices without the discount. Our order came out and I asked her about the discount code, "Oh, it doesn't work on bundles." She didn't mention this prior to payment or we would have ordered differently. The worker took my receipt and didn't offer to fix the issue. The McMuffins were crispy around the edges and sausage dry. Bagel was overly saucy making it a mess to eat while in...
