HORRIBLE SERVICE… I had a terrible experience earlier today. We went to celebrate a birthday breakfast ( you no longer get a free breakfast unless you’re signed up for the rewards) first there was that disappoint not the establishments fault let’s move on. I order a slam breakfast and pointed to the $9.99 special calling it a grand slam it’s the 2 eggs 4 meats pancakes and hash browns. When My food comes I’m like where’s My harsh browns, the manager asked what I ordered I said the grand slam bc that’s what it use to be called I didn’t have the menu in front of Me anymore. Oh that doesn’t come with your order is what she replied. Then walks away not offering to add it to the bill or another suggested. We had to ask another waitresses if she could bring our waiter over, (the waitresses rolled her eyes when we asked if she could get our waiter for our drinks) I then flagged My waiter down to refill our teas bc he never came to do so or ask how anything was. I then asked the waiter Elvis isn’t that what I ordered. He tells Me no the $9.99 meal is the super slam and it only comes with 2 meats and I received 4. I’m like okay Maybe I’m just mistaken. When My bill comes I’m now paying more money for less food. When I asked for My bill to be corrected Bina the manager tells Me that’s what I ordered. When I’ve been telling them from the start that it wasn’t correct. Then Bina tells Me she can’t and refuses to correct the bill. I have to speak with the manager tomorrow. How are you going to charge a customer more money for less food. Why would you not offer to give the hash browns and fix the mistake, giving Me what I ordered to begin with and for the right price at $9.99. I don’t suggest eating there. Beware of...
Read moreSmelled like rancid grease when we walked in. That should have been our clue to exit. Place wasn't busy at all. Ordered a kids cheeseburger for the little. It was ok. Ketchup container had old dried sauce and poppy seeds stuck to the lid where it opens. So gross. Got a grand slam and got a chicken fried steak dinner with country gravy. Food finally showed up and the steak looked like it had white donut glaze on it. Thin and see thru. Got a bowl with extra gravy and it was like water with lumps in it. Made me sad they made the poor kid waiting on us bring that garbage to our table. Manager appears and he is snearing at us like "what's the problem" I politely picked up bowl of gravy and poured the lumpy white water onto the plate. I told him we wouldn't be eating it. The grand slam, should have been grand slammed into the trash. Untoasted bread smeared with cold butter. Eggs sitting in a pool of yellow butter grease and dirty hash browns & burnt bacon. When I said we were leaving and wouldn't be eating this manager says. "Ok I'll take it off" no apology nothing! Could have comped the kids burger out of courtesy but didn't. When explained to the waiter that we knew it wasn't his fault and that we were sorry they made him serve us this garbage he replied with how he hated this cook but the next one coming on was a good one. We slipped him a cash tip so he didn't have to split his money with anyone. Never again will we go back. Go there, if you dare. here is a pic of it after I poured the bowl of white water in it. Gravy is supposed to be thick right? This was...
Read moreHostess was friendly. I informed her that my daughters were next door at Freddy's and would be joining us, and she said that would be fine and sat us, promptly and politely. I waited for my daughters, and then went to the bathroom briefly. When I came out of the bathroom, there was a bald headed little goblin of a man at my table, speaking rudely to my teenage daughters. I asked what the problem was, and he said that they couldn't have their food inside (they'd brought a burger over from Freddy's). What did they expect when I told them my children were at Freddy's and would be joining us? I understand that outside food isn't allowed for the sake of people just using Denny's for a place to sit, but the rest of us didn't have food and wanted to order at Denny's. I said, "alright, then we'll take our business elsewhere." Seriously, sir? You couldn't have sent at least a female over to address my minor daughters (one of which has Special Needs) while their mother...
