Changing my original review because as good of an experience I had in the store with David and Rob addressing my warrantee, the delivery was absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and frustrating. First, i was never notified of the change in delivery date. I was told the store was notified via email at 7:30pm the night before the delivery, but no one notified me (the store closes at 8pm and should have been contacted). I had already made arrangements to be home and I had to call the store on the day of the original delivery date to be told it had been moved out 2 days. When the delivery boys (two teenagers) showed up, they questioned what was wrong with the original mattress, despite my invoice clearing stating the warranted mattress was to be removed. He then took a picture and said he had to call his boss for approval before taking it because they were "a third party company". When that was finally settled, they moved the old mattress against the wall in the bedroom, blocking their path for the new mattress. Then, they struggled with the new mattress, obviously not strong enough to carry a mattress and dropped the new mattress TWICE trying to bring it in the house (this is a $3,500 mattress in the store)!!! They dragged the new mattress, still in the plastic bag into the bedroom where they ripped the plastic open, getting the dirt and debris that was on the bag from dropping it outside all over the bedroom floor and carpet. They then struggled to lift the mattress onto the bed, all while stepping on the plastic bag, grinding dirt deeper into my flooring. While still in the bedroom, they used the discarded bag for the old mattress, getting even more dirt on the floor from the plastic bag. All the time, saying how they are a third party company- and then had the audacity to give a card that states to give them a 10 star review. I haven't gotten any email or text to rate them, and there was no additional information on the card, however, they will get the lowest star rating i can give. This delivery ordeal was enough to make me never want to go through Mattress Firm again, unless they can employ their own...

I just had the best experience at the mattress store, all thanks to Robert! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile that immediately made me feel at ease. His knowledge about mattresses and pillows is impressive; you can tell he truly knows his stuff!

Robert took the time to ask me and my wife about our sleeping habits and preferences, which made us feel really valued as a customer. He walked us through several different options and patiently explained the benefits of each one, and we learned so much from Robert, all while keeping the conversation relaxed and enjoyable. It felt more like chatting with a friend than a sales associate!

By the end of our conversation, he helped me and my wife find the perfect mattress and pillows that we couldn’t be happier with. We honestly can’t thank Robert enough for his help. I must first say that I have been to and bought mattresses from more than one store in my many years. But they ALL wore out within months of sleeping on them. I decided to go to Mattress Firm and there was one near my home I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly Lady named Heather. I wasn't sure if I would buy a mattress yet as I was still shopping around. But after NOT BEING PUSHED HARD buy her and just feeling very pleased by her honest Calm and Very professional manner and her spending time helping me, showing me different beds and learniing so many things about them that I never knew. I felt confident that I would be very comfortable and happy with the bed I finally decided on. I cannot tell you how very happy I am and how VERY PEACEFUL AND COMFY MY Mattress is! P.S.
