Had the absolute worst experience last night. Our food was late, it was burned, one of the dishes was beyond disgusting. That wasn’t the worst part. The worst was the service. I left a review in the app and detailed what was wrong. Then got an email for review and I left one star. That would have been well and good. However my phone rang and I recognized the number. So sent to voicemail. It rang again and again sent to voicemail. Then they called back AGAIN so I answered ti be met with the rudest most unprofessional jerk who berated me for leaving a one star review and hung up on me. So I called back and asked his name. He refused and berated me some more so now I’m looking for the owner contact information, I won’t be going back to this establishment until I speak to them and I urge everyone in Orrville to avoid until this issue is dealt with. That kind of person running a place with food. Scary thought. I hate to leave such a negative review but I have never been treated so disrespectfully and unprofessionally ever. Read moreOrdered 2 buffalo chicken pizzas and 2 two liters(coke and rootbeer.) One pizza didnt have buffalo sauce on it. My daughter called back and let them know. We didnt eat the second pizza yet. I would have brought it back and had it fixed. Jake who answered the phone told asked my daughter if we had something at home to put on it. She told him no that's why we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. He then said he would credit us 10 dollars which isnt even the cost of the pizza. So I called and asked jake why he would ask someone to fix it at home and he started blaming the delivery driver which he said wasn't there to defend himself. I asked him if he could hear himself talking and what he was saying? He then told me to call someone who would listen and hung up the phone. Now I get mistakes happen but where in the world has today's customer service gone? I forgot to mention they forgot the 2liters. We ended up with a coke and Sprite instead of a root beer because that's what the driver had in his car.
Update. I was called and told the situation was taken care of before I even called because employees told the store manager what had happened. She couldn't find my info but ended up calling me when she found it. remade my order perfectly and threw in some brownies. I moved...
Read moreLet me start by saying that ive had 3 bad experiences with them and I'm done dealing with it first time was when my wife ordered food they over charged us by 10 bucks. The second time we had ordered food we had some boneless wings and 2 large pizzas, the delivery person gets there and only has our boneless wings so he had to run back to get the pizzas only to discover our pizzas were never made so we had to wait longer because the had to make the pizzas. The third and final straw was when my wife ordered pizza for me to have it delivered to my job the freaking delivery person locks the keys in the car, so needless to say I will never be ordering...
