I normally like the food. I bought my buddy and I a CA burrito, Paid extra for guacamole and sour cream. His burrito had very little sour cream on it, basically none. We brought this up to the girl working the front counter, he asked for a little bit of sour cream because he didn’t get any on his burrito and then she just said "hold on" and walked away. Then the manager came in from sitting out front and talking on his phone. The manager will act friendly, make small talk etc. We brought the fact my buddy’s burrito was skimped and he just said “every burrito gets five pumps, like Taco Bell or anywhere else”. The fact that maybe a simple mistake happened wasn’t even within the realm of possibility with this guy. My friend asked for a small cup of sour cream and he charged him $1.60. I already paid. Look the foods good, but if you’re gonna Nickle and dime repeat customers like that you don’t deserve my business. That was my friends first impression of the joint. I stop by here almost every Saturday on my way home from the mountain. I’ll find a new spot now just because of the way this was handled. It’s principal. The manager wants to act friendly and try and establish relationships or whatever but when it comes down to it he’ll nickel and dime you to death and that makes me think that they’ll probably skip you on everything that they can just to save money. Don’t waste money here, they don’t deserve your hard earned coin. Look at the pic and tell me, do you...
Read moreIf I could give this hard working group of employees 10 stars I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I recently moved back to Bonney Lake for teleworking during COVID-19, and was so happy to see an Aceitunos nearby, as I would go to the Kent one every Tuesday for work lunch. Apparently me and hundreds of my neighbors all had the same idea to show up on Cinco De Mayo.....on a taco tuesday!!! Legendary...there were orders that had been made days in advance jumbled up with orders made day of, and the entire team and the manager could agree they'd never seen so many orders at their location. With all restaurants closed, there was not the usual spread of people dining in at nearby mexican cuisines! We waited 3 or so hours for our food, had a great time conversing with tons of folks from Orting/Bonney Lake/Sumner area outside, and the wait was worth it to us. There was cheering when customers would get their food, the employees did not stop moving for a single second, and the manager was kind patient courteous through it all. Thank you to you and your staff for being able to turn a nightmare situation into an unforgettable experience for me, and for the delicious food you blessed us with that day! I love Aceitunos, and I...
Read moreWe had a surprise visit from some out of town family and wanted a quick but filling meal. We saw these guys on Facebook before and thought this is too good to be true. Called ahead and spoke with Brandon. Told him that we can be there for pick up and he said it'll be like 10 minutes for it to be done. I couldn't pay over the phone and had to pay in person. THEY STILL had my order hot and ready to go when I got there.
If the owners ever read this, your guy Brandon is a great person to have at the window let alone with the restaurant. He was friendly, efficient, and after a short convo about where he and I were from, even called me familia.
We'll be sending friends and family to this location for all their taco needs.
¡Gracias por habernos atendido con una actitud buenísima y por habernos dado de comer con comida riquísima!
Saludos de una familia...
