Wow!! Not Happy or impressed with Orting Gravity! I ordered a drink for my bf and I. Asked for 32oz drink very light ice and this is what I received. I said this doesn’t look like light ice and it was half full. Also she stirred so much she filled it with bubbles so it looked full. Does this look full? Nope. Not satisfied with the purposeful misleading of a full drink!!! For the cost I’m super disappointed. I love the gals that work here. They are always smiling and making their customers happy even before the coffee is delivered. There is often a line but it moves quick. The flavor offerings are new and fun, I haven't liked them all but definitely have new favorites. The business is in the middle of changing pricing, which threw me for a loop when there was nothing on the menu board. Luckily all the ladies working helped me pick exactly what I was craving and I have a new go to coffee! Thanks

This drive-thru coffee is in Orting Wa a small beautiful town... the coffee has everything that you might need or desire... courtesy and smiles put this business in another level ... taste of their beverages is a plus that you want to come back again and again... I have been here a few times at the location on 176th! I have to say it’s a good location ! The drive thru was super busy yesterday but surprisingly went pretty fast ! My love ordered his usual the down to earth! It was really good yesterday as I took a sip!

A few weeks ago I ordered that new coconut white coffee and I have to say it was not what I was expecting and was absolutely disgusting!!! It was so gross I had to go back and ask for a replacement! They were kind enough and without questioning replaced my drink! I seriously hate going back and asking for a different drink but my love couldn’t even drink it either.. he is my trash can when I don’t care for something !!! He couldn’t even drink it . Anyway so I got a different drink I believe it was some sort of hibiscus tea! That was delicious and I loved that it was COLD! I hate when a drink that’s supposed to be cold comes out warm . ZERO STARS!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! OWNER IS UNFAIR TO HIS EMPLOYEES. I just wrote a great review 3 months ago. WHAT HAPPENED IN 3 MONTHS??? There were a few really sweet girls that built relationships with customers and built the business up and for some reason they get fired??? The girls you kept around are RUDE and don’t talk to you at the window! Heard There is a new manager named Hannah. Maybe don’t hire your friends to be the manager and make a girl who has been there and knows what they are doing a manager!! Won’t be coming back! Treat your employees right! Orting Gravity is seriously THE BEST, even if you don’t drink coffee (such as myself). They have fun upbeat music playing on the outdoor speakers while you’re waiting in line. The building itself is super cute & hip and has 2 ordering windows... we’ve never had to wait longer than a few minutes before ordering. The customer service is outstanding (Tia is our favorite!). The menu is great and has options for everyone. The kids’ hot chocolate comes in a cute reusable cup. For non-coffee drinkers, I highly recommend the cookies n cream shake — it is DELICIOUS.
