Grand Valley House of Pizza — Restaurant in Orwell

This is my absolute favorite pizza place in the Orwell Middlefield area. my pizza is almost 100% of the time cooked exactly like I like it. Usually I asked them to cook it longer than they normally do so the crust is nice and crispy. Their salads are not bagged lettuce which I appreciate very much. Even when their competitors Capp's, Domino's and Maria's have specials, it is not enough to entice me to switch from Grand Valley House of Pizza. Their wings are very good. The first part of this post is from 3 months ago it's apparently didn't get posted. Today 77/2022 I bought chicken Parmesan pizza both caps and Domino's do a 95% better job with the sauce on the pizza I was highly disappointed. It taste as though they just put cheese on top of something and I asked for onions instead of mushroom and I counted maybe 14 pieces of onion on the whole pizza. I will buy chicken Parmesan pizza from Domino's in the future. Mattie who took the order was very nice and helped me...

Ordered Wings and Pizza, absolutely never waste another $38.00 in that place again...Don't know what the hell happened but it was toward close of the night on a Friday. Husband ordered a pizza and some Hot garlic parm. Pizza tasted like someone spilled a salt shaker on it totally unconsumable and the wings were like twice deep fried / processed.....a huge waste of money. Only thing positive was a lot of sauce on wings. Most likely trying to mask them being dried out and double fried or serverly over cooked. I've supported this place for years. After tonight they won't see a dime from us or extended family / friends....they use to be good but they have been not so much lately. After tonight we are calling it quits. Even a pickled drunk could not get the over cooked or twice cooked wings down your throat even if you could chew them with out a jack hammer!! So extreemly disappointed and angry. Not worth the 15 minute drive to take...

Got pizza and wings for the first time from this place. We paid for what we ordered. Then get handed another receipt for 665.08$ and told money will be back to card in 24 hours. Which it was. But what they didn't inform was that there card merchant that deals with them (not r debit card place) the one that takes there transactions puts a hold on ur card after refunding ur money. Basically u get ur money back after 24 hours then within another 24 u r being processed with a pending charge for the amount for 5-7 days. Until the card is put off hold. So needless to say my account on that account was overdrawn Twice and now for three more days and still money not back In There and still got how many days left, who knows and can't use my card.
