BecMar Diner — Restaurant in Osage

I love finding unexpected Little Treasures like this place, good cafe food like you remember from days gone by, they have many dishes to choose from and I believe they have something to make make everyone happy no matter how many at your table. We stopped in on a Saturday for lunch and they were busy so I expect that there would be a bit longer of a wait it and that doesn't bother me at all because I believe it is just the two of them holding down the fort and doing a fine job of it. We were in the area headed home and looked for a place near us that served Breakfast on a Sunday morning. BecMar Diner popped up just down the road from our little motel so we decided to try it. Absolutely loved it! I had a slice of quice. The flavor exploded in my mouth like a spring shower on a beautiful spring day making my taste buds beg for another mouthful! This is a very neat diner that serves amazing home cooked food! The hash browns were fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious! The biscuits and gravy were awesome!

My wife ordered the pancakes and they had a hint of sweetness that was perfect! The bacon is crispy, the eggs were cooked exactly as ordered. This is definitely a charming little diner in Osage, IA!
