Teluwut Grille House & Pub — Restaurant in Osage

I've eaten here twice since I've been in town. The first time I had the Big mouth Vinny burger with fries and it was very good. My beer was cool at best. My guests food was very good. The server was quite pleasant. The second time I ate there was a whole different story. First thing we noticed was how cold and unpleasant our server was. I also ordered a beer that night, and our server couldn't even serve it to our table. The beer wasn't very cold that night either. I ordered the Prime rib and my guest ordered the French dip as she said that it had been so good in the past. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time. However, the prime rib was extremely tough and taste like an old shoe. My guest couldn't even eat her French dip as the meat was dried out and had a really odd flavor. The waitress took 15% off of our bill. We also had to listen to the guy and his girlfriend behind us talking about how he had picked the scabs off of his arm, which made us both want to puke before we even got our food. A horrible...

I was sadly disappointed in the service we had last night. The waitress was a little neglectful of us. We waited over 45 minutes just to get beverages. About an hour went by before our orders were taken. When the food finally came, the waitress said I had to wait to have my alfredo redone. I had ordered a serving of brocolli with fettucini and alfredo sauce without the chicken. I got about 5 pea-sized bits of broccoli mixed in it. We had to ask for my salad. It arrived when we were finishing up our meals. When the bill came, we were surprised to see that no adjustments were made on my much lacking meal. In addition to the bill was a 15% gratuity added in. Gratuity is to thank the waitress for showing good service. It shouldn't be part of our bill, especially when it was not earned. Super squeaky fan gave us a headache. Also the couple behind us was complaining of headaches from the squeaky fan. Our food arrived and I kindly told them I ordered sweet potato fries for my side, the lady who brought the food (not our waitress) apologized. My husband said, I ordered sweet potato fries too. The lady said “umm I don’t think so.” We have never been treated so rude at a restaurant. My husband 100% had ordered the sweet potato fries as his side also. Food arrived and all tasted oily, like frying oil needs to be changed. We didn’t eat very much of our food.
