Delta Brew Coffee Co — Restaurant in Osceola

First time coming to Delta Brew. Not sure if I will return. There was only one other person In line when I pulled up which was in the pick up line on the other side of the building. Took a while for the young lady to open the window to take my order. Did not say good morning or even a smile. Took my order which was coffee and bagel. After moving to the other side to pick up my order I waited close to 10 minutes finally I pull up so that I could get the attention of one of the two that was inside. Told them I needed to get to work. She handed me my coffee. But my bagel was not done??????? Needless to say I paid for a bagel that I didn’t get because I need to leave to get to work.
