Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Osceola

I don’t normally write negative reviews on any establishment. Usually I will contact the manager or owner of the local franchise to give them a chance to rectify what’s going on but after many failed attempts & plenty of time on my hands as I sit here waiting on my order that I placed online over an hour ago I feel compelled. This is by far the slowest, most careless franchise I have ever visited, the food is usually cold, the order is almost always not how we ordered it & it looks like a 5 year old just threw the ingredients in the wrapper crumpled it up threw it in the bag & said here ya go. To top it all off the general attitude of the workers is not very welcoming.

Something really needs to change at this particular location if they want repeat customers. I for one will not be dining here...

Pulled up and the 1st few kiosks didn't work. Moved and had to drive half way around to find one that did work. Ordered online so that didn't matter that much, but.., checked in, watched the progress on the screen indicate the car hop was on her way and continued to wait, and wait, until I started to think maybe they had a mix up. Pushed the button and the girl said they were still waiting on a food item from the kitchen. 1st why did it say they were on their way if it was still in the kitchen? The car hop wasn't very friendly. She wasn't totally rude just indifferent. This wasn't the worst Sonic experience, but just reinforced my reservations about this...

We usually drive all the way to Manila instead of coming to this Sonic, and we live here in Osceola. One time, we were told they were ten minutes behind on all orders, and so we waited for ten minutes, and they told everyone they were ten minutes behind on orders. This particular time, we tried to order a simple meal, but the young man wasn't able to ring it up easily and really struggled, asking what we ordered multiple times even though we were going slow. The order was not correct but it wasn't bad. The kicker for me was ordering a corn dog and not getting any mustard or ketchup in the package... which is standard. Not even a...
