Subway — Restaurant in Osceola

The sandwich was just ok. The bread was old and really hard. The veggies were all wilted and the spinach was brown. Their veggies were definitely not fresh. The cucumbers and tomatoes were dried out. I didn't look like the meats or the veggies were even cold. It like playing Russian Roulette with your food. I'm pretty sure the Arkansas Department of Health wouldn't be happy to see the items behind the glass. I do believe that there's nothing cooling the meat or the vegetables and if that's the case, someone is going to be unlucky enough to get really sick.

PLEASE SIR, IF YOUR COOLER IS WORKING PROPERLY, COULD YOU PLEASE LOWER THE SETTINGS ON IT. IT'S REALLY NOT GOOD FOR THE MEAT & VEGETABLES TO BE WARM. THAT'S PROBABLY WHY THE LETTUCE, CUCUMBERS AND SPINACH IS TURNING BROWN. IT will be terrible if someone food poisoning just because of a few degrees. That's potentially a very serious problem for your business and even more serious for your customers. I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through the pain of having food poisoning. Went in and ordered two sandwiches, while ordering and the whole time I was there staff was completely ignoring me and talking/laughing loudly over me with one of there friends who was hanging out in the lobby. After making my sandwiches they then decided to inform me that the toaster was "broke" and that they could only heat the sandwich in the microwave. The sandwich being toasted is the only thing that makes them worth buying and the only reason I even went instead of just going to Walmart and buying the items to make it myself for half the price. This is not a subway restaurant....this is a privately owned Indian sandwich joint. Calling it a subway is false advertising. Owner doesn’t support any advertised subway deals and is extremely skimpy on all of the toppings. God forbid one of his employees is caught giving the customer a decent quantity, he will not let them make your sub anymore if he sees it. Long story short, owner is a cheapskate.
