Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Osceola

My fiancé and I are avid fans of Taco Bell and KFC, this particular establishment however does not deserve to carry the franchise. All employees working at this Osceola, IA restaurant at 6:30 pm of 12/1/23 should be fired immediately for the pitiful service and piss poor quality food they are producing. There was fast drive through service, other than that, my experience was a catastrophe. The chicken was bone dry. This issue was compounded due to the moronic staff not including the honey mustard sauce that we ordered. If anybody was wondering, they also forgot my hot taco sauce. But by god there was enough honey to caulk the entire bathroom and kitchen! Toothpicks have more flavor than the fries. My chalupa shell not only was cold, it was as tough as boot leather. Due to character limits, the last thing I’ll mention is, this is the first of many T-bells I have visited that would not allow a chips and cheese substitution for the cinnamon twists. Yack! Needless to say, we are extremely pissed about our experience at the Osceola, IA TBell/KFC. If in the area again, you can catch us at the Arby’s adjacent to the T-Bell. I recommend all...

This place is honestly the worst tacobell i have ever had the displeasure of giving my business to in my life. Terrible customer service, extremely rude not to mention they will flat out refuse to make you food if they don't want to or it's within 3 hours of closing. They think a cravings box is a big order!! Both the KFC and tacobell are missing over half their menu at all times. So you'll never get what you want if they even make it...and if your lucky enough to get that far it will definitely be made incorrectly as well as put together looking like a 5 year old grab ingredients and threw em in a bag. I have tried this place 7 times since I moved to Osceola...4 times I was flat out refused service because I wanted a order bigger than chips and cheese. 1 time they literally had nothing or at least told me that. And the 2 times I was albe to order food , both the orders were wrong ( its a taco..how? ) and the food was barely in a shell let alone the wrapper... this place needs a whole new crew and standards. Had better service and food from a straight up ghetto Detroit taco bell at 3...

Owner of this establishment needs to know what's going on. However, from the reviews, it's been going on quite a while and no interest in correcting it. Just close it. Evening of April 9th at 7:20 P.M., after waiting patiently for over 8 minutes, 3 customers walked out. No one ever acknowledged we were there. Table of 6 people told us they'd had to ASK staff TWICE to even take their orders and 10 minutes later, still hadn't been served. Girl filling drinks for drive-thru repeatedly looked over and smirked at us. 6 plus people behind the counter. 3 cars in drive-thru. 2 women started cleaning shelving behind the register; looked at us and kept cleaning. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER EVER SAID A WORD TO ANY OF US! Yes, we ourselves have worked in the industry, but have never seen anything like that level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
